fa اثربخشی آموزش بازی درمانی به مادران بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری دانش آموزان پسر دوره ابتدایی مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ کمبود توجه The Effectiveness of Play Therapy Training for Mothers on Reducing Behavioral Problems in Male Elementary School Students with AttentionDeficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اختلال بیش فعالی/ کمبود توجه یک اختلال رفتاری در کودکان است که مشکلات زیادی به دنبال دارد و روش های درمانی متعددی برای کاهش این مشکلات ارائه شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بازی درمانی به مادران بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری دانش آموزان پسر دوره ابتدایی مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ کمبود توجه بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام مادران دارای کودکان پسر دوره ابتدایی مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ کمبود توجه در شهر تهران در سال 1395 بود. از بین این مادران ،30 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. افراد به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش 15 نفر و کنترل 15 نفرگمارش شدند. قبل از اجرای مداخله آموزشی، پیش آزمون در هر دو گروه انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ارزیابی رفتاری مخصوص کودکان راتر فرم والدین جمع آوری گردید. آموزش الگوی بازی درمانی مبتنی بر رابطه والد-کودکCPRTبرای مادران گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 2 ساعته اجرا شد و گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد. سپس از هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل پس آزمون گرفته شد. فرضیه ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره مانکوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: آموزش بازی درمانی به مادران در نمره های پرخاشگری و بیش فعالی 192/0 = 2F = 5/481 ،ƞ، اضطراب و افسردگی 253/0 = 2F = 7/800 ،ƞ، ناسازگاری اجتماعی 315/0 = 2F = 10/578 ،ƞ رفتارهای ضد اجتماعی488/0 = 2ƞ، 906/21 = F و اختلال کمبود توجه 211/0 = 2F = 6/154 ،ƞآزمودنی های گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری ایجاد کرده است 05/0 ≥ p. نتیجه گیری: آموزش بازی درمانی به مادران میتواند به کاهش مشکلات رفتاری دانش آموزان پسر دوره ابتدایی مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ کمبود توجه کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a behavioral disorder in children that has many problems, and several therapeutic methods have been proposed to reduce the behavioral problems of children with this disorder. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of play therapy training for mothers on reducing behavioral problems in male elementary school students with attentiondeficit/hyperactivity disorder. Methods: This study was semi-experimental (pretest-posttest with the control group). In the present study, the statistical population includes all mothers with male elementary school students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in Tehran city in 2016. Among them, 30 mothers were selected based on purposive and available sampling. They were assigned randomly into control (n = 15) and the experimental group (n = 15). Before the educational intervention, a pretest was taken in both groups. The data collection tool was the Rutter child behavior questionnaire (parent form). The child-parent relationship therapy (CPRT) model was done in 10 sessions for mothers in the experimental group. Each session takes 120 minutes. The control group did not receive any education. Then the posttest was taken in both groups. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA).
