Abstract Nowadays science production has been considered as one of the criteria of development. In spite of significant increase of science production in all disciplines particularly medicine field, it has not been accompanied with increasing rate of technology and welfare. This paper is an attempt to elucidate and scrutinize the possible related causes of this issue in academic level especially with a medical sciences approach.
