Results: In this study, the mean of midwives 'knowledge of professional ethics codes was 7.82 ± 1.88 and the mean of midwives' knowledge of midwifery rules and regulations was12.7 ± 2.89. Most people had moderate awareness of professional ethical codes in 66 (78.6%) and 40 (47.6%) of them had low and 40 (47.6%) of them had moderate knowledge of midwifery laws and regulations.
