fa شناسایی شاخص های رتبه بندی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شمال شرق کشور Identification of Ranking Indexes of Medical Universities in the Northeast of the Country علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی، به عنوان نهادهای دانش محور نقش کلیدی در توسعۀ کشورها دارند و عملکرد آنها در حوزه‌های مختلف باید ارزیابی شود. رتبه بندی یکی از ابزارهای ارزیابی عملکرد، رقابت‌پذیری و موفقیت دانشگاه‌ها به شمار می‌آید. رتبه‌بندی‌ای مطلوب است که برگرفته از رسالت‌های کلیدی نظام آموزش عالی باشد به‌گونه‌ای که با اجرای آن، شاهد تغییر رفتار مؤسسات در مسیر اهداف کلان باشیم. هدف از بررسی مقاله حاضر شناسایی شاخص‌های رتبه بندی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شمال شرق کشور می‌باشد. روش کار: در این مقاله، به شناسایی شاخص‌های رتبه‌بندی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شمال شرق کشور پرداختیم که از 119 گزاره 27 کد اصلی استخراج و کدها در 7 محور گروه‌بندی شدند. برای رتبه بندی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کارکردهای اصلی در نظر گرفته شده است برای انتخاب معیارهای مناسب بر اساس تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفته و مهمترین مفاهیم هر معیار معرفی گردید. نوع مطالعه مقاله حاضر مطالعه کیفی می‌باشد. یافته‌ها: نتایج بررسی نشان می‌دهد که نظام‌های رتبه‌بندی موجود جامع نبوده و عمدتاً با مشکلاتی در زمینه‌های کیفیت، وزن معیارها، عدم رعایت استانداردها مواجه هستند، نتایج نهایی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد تاثیرگذارترین کدهای هر معیار به ترتیب استانداردسازی، عوامل آموزش، شاخص حاکمیتی، پژوهش، شاخص توسعه کیفی بوده است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نهایی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد تاثیرگذارترین کدهای هر معیار به ترتیب استانداردسازی، عوامل آموزش، شاخص حاکمیتی، پژوهش، شاخص توسعه کیفی بوده است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Universities and higher education institutions, as knowledge-based institutions, play a key role in the development of countries, and their performance in different domains should be evaluated. Ranking is one of the tools for assessing performance, competitiveness, and success of universities. It is desirable to rank, as one of the key missions of the higher education system, so that, with its implementation, institutions can change on the path to reach their goals. Methods: In this study, the researchers identified the ranking indixes of the Northeast Universities of Medical Sciences, extracted from 119 citations of 27 original codes and categorized to seven branches. For the ranking of the medical sciences university, the main functions were considered. This was done to select appropriate criteria based on content analysis and the most important concepts of each criterion were introduced. Results: The results showed that the most influential codes of each criterion was standardization, training factors, governance index, research, and quality development index.
