fa ارزیابی تأثیر آموزش در ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی در استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">مقدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> ارتقائ فن آوری، حضور نیروی انسانی در محیط‌های صنعتی پررنگ‌تر گردیده است. لذا احتمال مخاطرات و حوادث نیز بیشتر گردید. اهمیت اجرای اصول ایمنی و نیاز به فرهنگ ایمنی بیشتر گردیده است. این مطالعه تأثیر آموزش در ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی در استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی در صنعت ریخته گری ارزیابی شده است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">روش کار: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده که در سال 1394 شروع گردیده است در این مطالعه ابتدا سطح فرهنگ ایمنی افراد در ابعاد دوازده گانه با پرسشنامه مورد نظر بررسی گردید. اقدامات آموزشی با برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی و مدیریتی اجرا شده میزان اثر بخشی مداخلات بصورت مطالعه قبل و بعد با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری مانند تی تست زوجی و همبستگی و نرم افزارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">SPSS19</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">EXCEL</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی کلیه افراد 243 بدست آمده است. از ابعاد دوازده گانه فرهنگ ایمنی، نمره استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی 21/20 نامطلوب بوده است. آموزش ایمنی با کسب نمره 02/13 کمتر از نمره مطلوب بوده است. نمره استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی و آموزش ایمنی بعد از انجام مداخلات به سطح مطلوب رسید. میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی بعد از مداخله 281 شده است. میزان اثر بخشی آموزش با مقدار احتمال (015/0 = </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">P</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">) نشان دهنده بهبود شرایط بوده است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> مداخلات آموزشی ازجمله برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی با حذف شرایط ناایمن در سازمان می‌تواند باعث بهبود و ارتقا سطح فرهنگ ایمنی گردد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> While technology has developed and extended, presence and role of manpower force in industrial environments has become bolder so possibility of work hazards and accidents has increased. Therefore, the importance of implementing safety principles and the need for a safety culture has also increased. This study investigated promotion of safety culture by emphasizing on training effect on using individual protection instruments in a casting industry.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was analytical descriptive and was done during year 2015. In this study, first, individual&rsquo;s safety culture was investigated and safety culture level was assessed in twelve dimensions. Then, management and educational proceedings were performed. Next, effectiveness of interventions was analyzed through before and after study by using some statistical tests, such as paired T test correlation with the SPSS 19 and Excel software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Average score of individual&rsquo;s safety culture was 243. After using personal protection equipment, twelve dimensions of safety culture obtained a score of 20/21, which was lower than the favorable score. Also, safety training with a score of 13/02 was lower than the favorable score. Indeed, score of using personal protection equipment and safety training reached the desired level after score 26/08 interventions. Average score of individual&rsquo;s safety culture after interventions was 281.
