fa تاثیر آموزش از طریق تله نرسینگ و مولتی مدیا بر موفقیت شیردهی نوزادان نارس بعد از ترخیص The Effect of Training Through Telenursing and Multimedia on the Success of Lactation in Preterm Infants After Discharge علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: از روش آموزشی مادران و درگیر کردن آنها در فرآیند مراقبت از نوزاد نارس تله&lrm;نرسینگ و مولتی مدیا می&lrm;باشد. موفقیت شیردهی توانایی مادر در انجام شیردهی نوزاد را نشان می&lrm;&lrm;دهد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تاثیر آموزش بعد از ترخیص از طریق تله&lrm;نرسینگ و مولتی&lrm;مدیا بر موفقیت شیردهی نوزادان 35-37 هفته بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی مادران و نوزادان35-37 هفته بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان و زنان مامایی بیمارستان امام رضا، قائم و ام البنین مشهد که تغذیه غالب آنها شیر مادر بود به مدت 6 ماه انجام شد. نمونه ها به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله(هر گروه30 نوزاد) قرار گرفتند و آموزش به دو روش تله&lrm;نرسینگ و مولتی مدیا بر موفقیت شیردهی در هر دو گروه مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت و از ابزارIBFAT وBEET استفاده شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده&lrm;ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS- 19 و روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(کای اسکوئر و تی مستقل) انجام شد. یافته‌ها: بین دو گروه آموزش، میانگین تغذیه با شیر مادر نوزاد در دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>p). وضعیت مکیدن نوزاد در دو گروه آموزشی با هم تفاوت معنی&lrm;داری نداشتند(05/0<P). وضعیت جریان شیر مادر در دو گروه آموزشی با هم تفاوت معنی&lrm;داری داشتند(05/0>P). میانگین وزن قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو گروه آموزش تفاوت معنی&lrm;داری نداشت(05/0<P). اما در دو گروه آموزش تله نرسینگ و مولتی مدیا قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی داری داشتند(05/0>P). نتیجه گیری: یافته ها نشان دادند که آموزش به هر دو روش بر رفتار مادر و نوزاد در شیردهی(بر اساس ابزارBEET)، تغذیه موثر نوزاد، تعداد دفعات و مدت زمان شیردهی تاثیر یکسان داشته است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Telenursing and Multimedia are the educational methods for mothers and it seeks to involve them into the process of caring the premature newborns. Being succeeded in breastfeeding represents the mother's ability to breastfeed the baby. This study aimed to investigate the effect of post-discharge education through Telenursing and Multimedia methods on the success in breastfeeding the newborns aged 35-37 weeks. Methods: A six -month clinical trial was conducted on mothers and newborns in the rage of 35-37 weeks who were fed with breast milk and admitted to the Neonatal and obstetric intensive care unit of Emam Reza Hospital, Ghaem and Um-ol-Benin Hospital of Mashhad. The samples were randomly divided into two intervention groups (each group included 30 newborns). The effect of Telenursing and Multimedia methods on the success of lactation was compared in both groups. The data were analyzed using IBFAT and BEET tools, SPSS 19 and descriptive and inferential statistics (Chi-square and independent t-test) Results: The results suggested a significant difference between the means of breast feeding in both educational groups (p <0.05). There was no significant difference in terms of sucking in both educational groups (P>0.05). Breastfeeding status was significantly different (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the means of weight before and after intervention (P >0.05).
