fa بررسی ارتباط بین فرهنگ ایمنی و نرخ رفتارهای نا ایمن در بین کارگران صنعت پروفیل سازی اکباتان Investigation of the Relationship between Safety Culture and Unsafe Behavior among the Workers of the Profiling Industry Ekbatan بهداشت Public Health مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: عامل اصلی اغلب حوادث در محیط های کاری، رفتارهای ناایمن افراد می‌باشد که منتج شده از ضعف فرهنگ ایمنی در سازمانها می باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی فرهنگ ایمنی و بررسی ارتباط آن با نرخ رفتارهای ناایمن به صورت مطالعه‌ موردی در یک صنعت پروفیل سازی بوده است.   روش کار: مطالعه‌ مذکور توصیفی-تحلیلی- مقطعی بوده و به صورت موردی در یک صنعت فلزی انجام شده است. فرهنگ ایمنی از طریق پرسش‌نامه تدوین شده در ده بعد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت نرخ اعمال ناایمن از روشsafety behavior  sampling استفاده گردیده است. داده‌ها با نرم افزارهای 16Excel, SPSS واکاوی گردید. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ فرهنگ ایمنی افراد با مقدار43/42± 287 به دست آمد. درصد نرخ رفتارهای ناایمن افراد 46% برآورد گردید که بیش‌ترین وکم‌ترین اعمال ناایمن به ترتیب مربوط به عدم استفاده از گوشی حفاظتی به طور مداوم و پرت نمودن ابزار بوده است. میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی افراد مثبت ارزیابی گردید. نتایج نشان داد بین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی و درصد رفتارهای ناایمن افراد ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد(032/0=p). این بدان مفهوم است که با افزایش نمره فرهنگ ایمنی درصد رفتار ناایمن افراد کاهش می یابد  نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت برای ارتقا فرهنگ ایمنی، بهبود رفتار ایمن موثر خواهد بود. در راستای بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی وکاهش رفتارهای نا ایمن، تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی بر اساس نیازسنجی و پیگیری اثربخش بودن برنامه‌ها به صورت فعالانه و مشارکتی پیشنهاد گردیده است</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The main cause of most accidents in the workplace has been unsafe behaviors of individuals with a Weakness of the safety culture in the organization.The purpose of the present study is to assess Investigation of the relationship between safety culture and unsafe Behavior among the workers case study of the profiling industry Ekbatan. Methods: This study was descriptive-analytic- Cross sectional and was conducted in a metal industry. Safety culture was investigated through a questionnaire developed in ten aspects. To measure the rate of unsafe behavior Safety Sampling Behavior was used. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16 and Excel software. Results: The mean score of safety culture was obtained to be 287 ± 43.42.The mean for the rate of unsafe behaviours of workers was 46%. The highest and the lowest rate of unsafe behaviours were respectively related to failure to frequently apply headphones and throwing tools. Conclusions: Mean score of safety culture of workers was estimated to be positive. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between the score of safety culture and The percentage of unsafe behavior of workers (P = 0.032). This means that with the increase of the safety culture due to reduced unsafe behaviors. It can be concluded that improvement of secure behaviours will promote safety culture.
