fa تأثیر مراقبت از نوه بر سلامت جسمی و روانی مادربزرگ ها The Effect of Grandchildren Care on Aspects of Physical and Mental Health among Caregivers’ Grandmothers پرستاری Nursing مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: افزایش طول عمر و داشتن زندگی سالم باعث گردیده که پدربزرگ و مادربزرگ ها سالهای بیشتری را با نوه های خود سپری کنند و سهم عمده ای در نگهداری و مراقبت از کودکان ایفا نمایند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مراقبت از نوه بر سلامت جسمی و روانی مادربزرگ های ساکن شهرستان بجنورد در سال 1396 انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 153 مادربزرگ 50 تا 70 ساله ساکن بجنورد دارای تجربه مراقبت از نوه و 147 مادربزرگ که تجربه نگهداری از نوه نداشتند و بر اساس نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت و کیفیت زندگیSF36، و پرسش نامه دموگرافیک جمع آوری و با نرم افزار آماری SPSS16 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: میانگین نمره بعد جسمی در مادربزرگ های مراقب 99/8 ± 69/60 و در مادربزرگ های غیر مراقب 81/13± 54/52 بود که تفاوت معنی داری داشت(001/0>P). همچنین میانگین نمره بعد روانی در مادربزرگ های مراقب 62/9 ± 92/87 و در مادربزرگ های غیر مراقب 47/ 14±2 /79 بدست آمد که تفاوت معنی داری داشت(001/0>P). نتیجه گیری: یافته های ما  نشان داد که مادربزرگ هایی که از نوه خود مراقبت می کردند نسبت به مادربزرگ های غیر مراقب سلامت جسمی و روانی بالاتری داشتند. بنابراین با تشویق مادربزرگ ها به مراقبت از نوه می توان سلامتی جسمی و روانی آنان را ارتقا داد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Increasing longevity and having a healthy life has led grandparents to spend more years with their grandchildren and to play a major role in childcare. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of grandchildren care on aspects of physical and mental health between caregivers’ grandmothers in front of non- caregivers. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 153 caregivers’ grandmothers and 147 non-caregivers’ grandmothers aged 50 to 70 that living in Bojnord city in Iran. Sampling was based on randomly clustering methods. Data were collected using Health and Quality of Life Questionnaire; SF-36 and demographical questionnaire and were analyzed by SPSS16 software. Results: The average of physical dimension in caregivers group was 60.69 ± 8.99 and it was 52.54 ± 13.81 in non-caregivers group, which had a significant difference (P < 0.001). Also, the average score of mental dimension in caregivers group was 87.92 ± 9.68 and it was 79.2 ± 14.47 in non-caregivers group, which had a significant difference (P < 0.001). Conclusions: Our findings of this research showed that grandmothers taking care of their grandchildren had higher physical and mental health than grandmothers’ non-caregivers.
