fa فعالیت ضد باکتریایی عصاره متانولی چند نمونه از گیاهان دارویی بومی استان خراسانشمالی بر روی باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> با توجه به افزایش مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی باکتریها به دلیل استفاده بی رویه و خود سرانه آنتی بیوتیک ها، یافتن داروهای مؤثر با عوارض کمتر بسیار حائز اهمیت است. از آنجایی که گیاهان سنتی دارای خواص ضد باکتریایی خوبی هستند بر آن شدیم تأثیر عصاره متانولی چند نمونه از گیاهان دارویی استان خراسان شمالی را بر باکتری بیماریزای استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بررسی کنیم.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>گیاهان از مناطق مختلف خراسان شمالی جمع آوری و در سایه خشک شدند. پس از پودر کردن به مدت 48 ساعت در حلال متانول خیسانده، سپس حلال توسط دستگاه روتاری تبخیر شد. پس از خشک شدن، عصارهها در DMSO حل شده و به دیسکهای بلانک و چاهکهای آماده شده افزوده شد. سپس دیسکهای حاوی عصاره روی محیط مولر هینتون اگار کشت داده شده توسط باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس قرار داده شد، از DMSO به عنوان کنترل منفی و جنتامایسین به عنوان کنترل مثبت استفاده گردید و به مدت 24 ساعت انکوبه و در نهایت قطر هاله عدم رشد باکتری بر حسب میلیمتر اندازه گیری شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> گیاهان بررسی شده خواص آنتی بیوتیکی قابل قبولی در برابر باکتری گرم مثبت استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس از خود نشان دادند که از این میان Scutellaria pinnatifida و چوب بینابینی گردو دارای بیشترین فعالیت ضد باکتریایی بودند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> مقایسه نتایج نشان داد که قطر هاله عدم رشد گیاه اسکوتلاریا و چوب بینابینی گردو بالاترین میزان را نسبت به سایرین داشته که میتوان از خواص ضد باکتریایی این دو گیاه به عنوان جایگزین آنتی بیوتیک ها و همچنین نگهدارنده های طبیعی مواد غذایی استفاده نمود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Due to the increased antibiotic resistance of bacteria due to the uncontrolled use of antibiotics and the self-permeability of antibiotics, finding effective drugs with less complications is very important. Since traditional plants have good antibacterial properties, we decided to investigate the effect of methanolic extract of some samples from herbal plants of North Khorasan Province on Staphylococcus aureus.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Plants were collected from different parts of North Khorasan and dried in shade. After being powdered in a solvent of methanol soaked for 48 hours, the solvent was evaporated by rotary device. After drying, the extracts were dissolved in DMSO and added to the blanc discs and prepared wells.
