fa بررسی اثر عصاره الکلی گیاه اویار سلام Cyperus rotundus بر آدم حاد در موش سوری نر The Effect of Alcoholic Extract of Cyperus rotundus on Acute Inflammatory in Male Mice علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: در مطالعه حاضر اثر عصاره الکلی گیاه اویار سلام با نام علمی Cyperus rotundus در مدل التهاب حاد در موش سوری نر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش کار: گروههای مطالعاتی به ترتیب موشهای سوری سالم دریافت کننده نرمال سالین به صورت وریدی، موشهای بیمار دارای التهاب حاد دریافت کننده ی کاراژینان، گروه های بیمار دریافت کننده ی عصاره ی الکلی اویار سلام با دوز 100 و 300 میلیگرم عصاره تام بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن و داروی ایبوپروفن با دوز 12 میلی گرم بر کیلو گرم بودند. خیز التهابی در موش با تزریق زیر جلدی 02/0 میلیلیتر از محلول 5/0 درصد کاراژینانcarrageenan به داخل کف پای حیوان ایجاد گردید و عصاره و داروهای مورد آزمایش 10 دقیقه قبل از تزریق کاراژینان بهصورت داخل صفاقی به حیوان تزریق شد. یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که میانگین تغییرات التهاب آدم در بین گروهها پس از تیمار معنی دار بود 001/0 ≥ P.  فرآیند تغییرات آدم در طول زمان در تمام گروههای مورد آزمایش ابتدا افزایش و حداکثر مقدار آن 2 ساعت پس از تزریق بوده است و سپس روند کاهش التهاب آغازشده در گروه های درمان با عصاره به طور معنیداری نسبت به گروههای کنترل منفی و مثبت سریعتر اتفاق افتاد 0.01 ≥ P. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره الکلی گیاه اویار سلام Cyperus rotundus دارای اثرات ضد التهابی قابل توجهی است اما برای درک مکانیسمهای احتمالی این اثر به تحقیقات بیشتری نیاز است. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The anti-inflammatory drugs are associated with some side effects. The herbal medicine has fewer side effects. In the present study, the anti-inflammatory effects of the alcoholic extract of Cyperus rotundus were investigated on acute inflammation in male mice. Methods: In this experimental study, 30 mice were randomly assigned into 5 groups of 6, including the solvent group (physiological serum), the control group (carrageenan only), 2 groups of 100 and 300 mg/kg extract, and the last group received ibuprofen. Inflammation in mice with subcutaneous injection of 0.25 ml of 0.5% solution of carrageenan was created into the animal's foot. Results: The results of this study showed that the mean of changes in inflammation was significant among the groups (P < 0.001). The process of inflammatory changes in all tested groups was initially increased and its maximum value was 2 hours after injection.
