fa بررسی اثر دوزهای مختلف ملاتونین برمیانگین درد در بیماران با سزارین تحت بی حسی اسپاینال، یک کارازمایی بالینی دوسو کور Evaluation of Different Doses of Melatonin Effect on Post-Operation Pain Score in Patients Who Underwent Caesarian Section with Spinal Anesthesia, a Double Blind Clinical Trial علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت کنترل درد در دوره بعد از عمل جراحی، تجویز مسکن ها با بهبود درد بیماران باعث کاهش عوارض بعد از عمل میشود. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر دوزهای مختلف ملاتونین برمیانگین درد پس از عمل در بیماران سزارین تحت بی حسی اسپاینال انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تعداد 150 زن باردار کاندید سزارین الکتیو مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام علی زاهدان در سال 1398 حضور داشتند. بیماران به صورت تصادفی به 3 گروه دریافت کننده ملاتونین 5/1 و 3 میلی گرمی دو ساعت قبل از اسپاینال و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. میزان شدت درد و نیاز به مسکن مصرفی در گروهها بررسی شد. در پایان دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ver. 23 و آزمونهای آماری ANOVA و chi-square آنالیز شدند. یافته ها: میانگین سنی بیماران 7/4 ± 3/26 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش دوز ملاتونین درد بیماران در ریکاوری و ساعتهای 6 و 12 کاهش یافته است. 05/0 > P زمان درخواست اولین مسکن نیز در بیماران دریافت کننده ملاتونین به طور معنی داری نسبت به گروه کنترل بیشتر بود. 05/0 > P میزان بی دردی و میزان عوارض در سه گروه مورد مطالعه تفاوت معنی داری با یکدیگر نداشتند. 05/0 < P. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که ملاتونین در دوز های متفاوت میتواند در کنترل درد حاصل از سزارین مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد و مدت زمان بی دردی را افزایش دهد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Due to the importance of pain control in the postoperative period, prescribing painkillers reduces postoperative complications by improving patients' pain. This study evaluated the effect of different doses of Melatonin on postoperative pain in cesarean section patients under spinal anesthesia. Methods: In this clinical trial, 150 pregnant women enrolled the study who were candidates for elective cesarean section referring to Imam Ali (AS) Hospital in Zahedan in 1398. Patients were randomly assigned to 3 groups of melatonin 1.5 and 3 mg two hours before spinal and control groups. The severity of the pain and the need for analgesics were assessed in groups. In the end, data analyzed using SPSS software ver. Twenty-three by ANOVA and chi-square statistical tests. Results: The mean age of the patients was 26.3 ± 4.7 years. The results showed that with increasing melatonin dose, patients' pain decreased during recovery, 6 and 12 hours after that (P < 0.05). The first painkiller administration time was significantly higher in patients receiving Melatonin than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative adverse effect frequencies between groups (P < 0.05).
