fa مقایسه تأثیر اسکراب با ضد عفونی کننده های پایه الکل و بتادین بر میزان رشد باکتری های دست با گذشت زمان: یک مطالعه متقاطع با تصادفی سازی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بالا رفتن ریسک عفونت در اعمال جراحی اهمیت و حساسیت شستن دست در کارکنان اتاق عمل را نشان میدهد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تأثیر اسکراب جراحی با محلولهای پایه الکل و بتادین بر میزان رشد باکتریهای دست در طول زمان انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه تجربی متقاطع است که به صورت تصادفی بر روی 30 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی اتاق عمل که شرایط شرکت در پژوهش را داشتند انجام شد. افراد به دو گروه 15 نفره تقسیم شدند. یک گروه دست خود را با بتادین اسکراب کردند و گروه دوم با محلول الکلی دکوسپت هندراب نمودند. بعد از گذشت یک هفته جای گروهها تغییر کرد. نمونه ها در زمانهای&nbsp; قبل از اسکراب، 10 و 30 دقیقه بعد از اسکراب گرفته و در محیطهای EMB Agar و blood Agar کشت داده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> بیشترین رشد کلنی مربوط به باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمایدیس و کمترین رشد مربوط به باکتریهای استرپتوکوکوس پیوژن، دیفتروئید و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بود. مقایسهی نتایج کشتهای مربوط به دو گروه بتادین و محلول بر پایه الکل تفاوت معنی داری را نشان نداد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> محلول بر پایه الکلی اثرات مشابه با بتادین بر روی میزان رشد باکتریها دارد. بنابراین باتوجه به اثرات جانبی کمتر و اثربخشی مناسب محلول بر پایه الکلی، استفاده از این محصول بهعنوان جایگزین محلول بتادین 7,5 درصد توصیه میگردد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><strong>Introduction: </strong>Increased risk of infections in surgeries suggests the importance of hand hygiene by the operating room staff. This study was conducted to compare surgical scrub&#39;s effects with alcohol-based solutions and povidone-iodine on the growth of the bacterial contamination of hands over time.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study is an experimental study with a crossover design. The participants of the study were 30 undergraduate students who were eligible to participate in the study. They were divided into two groups of 15; one group scrubbed their hands with povidone-iodine, and the other hand rub with Decocept alcohol-based soluble. After a week, the groups changed the scrubbing procedures. Samples were taken from inside the gloves before scrubbing and 10 and 30 minutes after scrubbing. The models were cultured in blood agar and EMB agar media.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Staphylococcus epidermidis had the highest colony growth, followed by Streptococcus pyogenes, Diphtheroid, and Staphylococcus in descending order. Comparing the results of cultures for the two groups of Povidone-iodine and Alcohol-based soluble did not show any significant difference (P = 0/243).<br> <strong>Conclusions: </strong>Alcohol-based soluble has similar effects with Povidone-iodine on the growth of bacteria.
