fa حرکت به سمت ژورنال کلابهای مبتنی بر شواهد: عرصه ای برای آموزش هدفمند علوم پایه Basic Sciences نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">ژورنال کلاب یک روش آموزشی اثر بخش، ضروری و متداول آموزش پزشکی است که در واقع جزء اساسی و مهم آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد می باشد. همچنین با توجه به قابلیت اجرای آسان، عدم نیاز&nbsp; به امکانات خاص و صرفه اقتصادی، مقبولیت بسیار زیادی دارد و به عنوان یکی از پرطرفدارترین برنامه‌های آموزشی اجرا می‌گردد. علی رغم اهمیت این شیوه در آموزش بالینی، پژوهش‌های کمی در زمینه تأثیر آن روی عملکرد بالینی در ایران صورت گرفته است. بر اساس شواهد موجود، کیفیت جلسات برگزار شده پایین است و آنچنان قوی و قدرتمنده نبوده اند که بتوانند به عنوان یک نهضت قوی در آموزش اثربخش و مبتنی بر شواهد مطرح باشند. ژورنال کلاب زمانی نقطه عطف آموزش و پژوهش می باشد که با دعوت از متخصصین آمار و اپیدمیولوژی یا پزشکی اجتماعی به سمت ژورنال کلاب مبتنی بر شواهد هدایت شود تا به چالش حداکثری و ایجاد یک فضای مناسب جهت تولید علم و خلق ایده‌های جدید پژوهشی تبدیل گردد. زیرا آنچه این روش آموزشی را در رویکردهای بالینی ارزشمند می‌سازد، ارائه تحقیقات به روز، با کیفیت بالا و مبتنی بر شواهد است. امروزه علوم بالینی شاهد فاصله‌ای بین پژوهش و بالین هستند به طوری که این فاصله می‌تواند از قدرت و قوت هر دو این حوزه‌ها بکاهد. هر اقدامی در راستای برگزاری ساختارمند ژورنال کلاب مبتنی بر شواهد در بالین، ضرورتی به اندازه اهمیت مداخلات بالینی بر روی انسان دارد. لذا، از این روش می‌توان برای کاهش فاصله پژوهش و عملکرد بالینی استفاده نمود.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:107%">Journal Club is a novel, effective and essential educational method which is commonly used in medical education and is one of the most important components of the evidence-based education. Considering its simple implementation, cost-effectiveness and no need for special equipment, it is widely acknowledged as one of the most favorite educational programs. </span><span class="EnAbstractChar"><span style="line-height:107%">Despite its importance application in clinical education, there is a few research on how this can affect clinical practice in Iran. According to recent evidence, meetings quality is inadequate and were not as powerful as expected to be presented as an effective and productive movement in evidence-based education. Holding journal clubs would be most beneficial and serve as turning point in research and education, when statistics and epidemiology specialists are properly employed. This can raise new challenges and provide a proper background for creativity and productivity. What makes this educational method to be crucial and valuable, is that it can present up-to-date worldwide researches with high quality and evidence-based approach.
