fa ارائه الگوی مشارکت ورزشی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (ام اس) Presenting the Sport Participation Model of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Patients علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: هدف از انجام پژوهش ارائه الگوی مشارکت ورزشی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (ام اس) بود. روش کار: روش انجام پژوهش، آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی مسئولان ورزش استان، پزشکان متخصص ، اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و تعدادی از ورزشکاران دارای بیماری ام اس (تعداد = 18) و در بخش کمی، بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی (تعداد=224) نفر بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و دردسترس انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه و در بخش کمی، پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگرساخته بود. روایی پرسش‌نامه با نظر 8 نفر از اساتید و متخصصان تأیید شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (86/0 = α) به‌دست آمد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل عامل اکتشافی) به‌ کمک نرم‌افزار Spss نسخه 22 و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS انجام شد. یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج تحلیل مسیر، شش عامل مختلف موثر بر مشارکت ورزشی بیماران ام اس عبارت بودند از: عوامل فردی (169/0 = β، 881/2 = t) ، مدیریتی (149/0 = β، 588/2 = t)، اقتصادی (131/0 = β، 617/2 = t)، رسانه ای (126/0 = β، 776/4 = t)، فرهنگی-اجتماعی (147/0 = β، 629/4 = t) و امکانات-تجهیزات (112/0 = β، 091/3 = t). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق، شش عامل شناسایی شده در مجموع الگوی توسعه مشارکت ورزشی بیماران ام اس را منعکس می کند و توجه مسئولین به عوامل شناسایی شده می‌تواند در جهت افزایش میزان مشارکت بیماران ام اس در فعالیتهای ورزشی و بهبود سبک زندگی آنان موثر واقع شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The study aims to present the sport participation model of multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. Methods: This research was exploratory mixed method (qualitative-quantitative), respectively. The population in the qualitative section of the study consisted of some sports authorities, specialist physicians, sports management professors and a number of athletes with MS illnesses (n = 18), and in the quantitative section, some of the patients who were referred to medical centers (n = 224). Sampling was targeted and accessible. Data were collected through qualitative interviews and quantitative researcher-made questionnaires. Reliability was confirmed by considering the ideas of 8 experts in sports science and the validity was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.86). Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics (EFA) with Spss22 and path analysis using Smart PLS software. Results: According to the results, six different factors affecting the participation of MS patients were: individual (t=2.881, β=0.169), managerial (t=2.588, β=0.149), economic (t=2.617, β=0.131), media (t=4.776, β=0.126), socio-cultural (t=4.629, β=0.147) and facilities-equipment (t=3.091, β=0.112).
