fa بررسی وضعیت شجاعت و حساسیت اخلاقی و عوامل موثر بر آن در پرستاران بیمارستان های منتخب شهر بجنورد Evaluation of the Moral Courage and Moral Sensitivity and Factors Affecting them in the Nurses of Selected Hospitals in Bojnourd علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: امروزه پرستاران شاغل در محیط های بهداشتی به علت وضعیت حرفه ای و نقش خود، به طور فزاینده ای با معضلات اخلاقی و معنوی پیچیده ای مواجه هستند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط شجاعت اخلاقی و حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران در بیمارستانهای منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی انجام شده است. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی با 220 نفر حجم نمونه می باشد به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه های جمعیت شناختی ، حساسیت اخلاقی و شجاعت اخلاقی برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شده. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها با استناد به مطالعات و بررسی پژوهشگر لحاظ گردید داده ها پس از جمع آوری توسط SPSS نسخه 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج ، میانگین نمره حساسیت اخلاقی 08/17 ±33/90 و بیشترین حساسیت اخلاقی در بعد رفتار اخلاقی بود . شجاعت اخلاقی با میانگین60/12 ± 96/91 و بیشترین شجاعت اخلاقی در بعد حرکتی بیش از توان  با میانگین 87/4 ± 95/18 گزارش گردید. تحلیل های آماری همبستگی مثبت بین حساسیت اخلاقی با شجاعت اخلاقی را نشان داد (0002/0 P=  ، 25/0 r=). نتیجه گیری: همبستگی مثبت بین شجاعت اخلاقی با حساسیت اخلاقی در پرستاران می تواند این رهنمون را داشته باشد که ارتقاء سطح آگاهی پرستاران در اصول اخلاقی و افزایش توان حساسیت اخلاقی آنها می تواند موجب گسترش رفتارهای شجاعانه اخلاقی نیز شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The nurses in the health care environment, because of their professional roles, are increasingly faced with complex moral and ethical dilemmas. This study aims to investigate the association of moral courage and moral sensitivity of the nurses in selected hospitals of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: Current study is a cross-sectional analytical study with 220 sample sizes selected by convenience sampling method, in which, questionnaire, demographic, moral sensitivity and moral courage are used to collect data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were considered based on the studies and the researcher. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 20. Results: Based on the results, the mean score of moral sensitivity was 90.33 ±17.08 and the highest moral sensitivity was in the dimension of moral behavior. Moral courage with an average of 91.96 ±12.60 and the highest moral courage in the Going beyond compliance was reported with an average of 18.95±4.87. Statistical analysis showed a positive correlation between moral sensitivity and moral courage (P = 0.0002, r = 0.25).
