fa تجربه قربانیان دوم خطاهای پزشکی منجر به مرگ یا عارضه پایدار: یک مطالعه کیفی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" nazanin="">مقدمه: </span></b><span b="" nazanin="">خطای پزشکی موجب پاسخ‌های شدید عاطفی در ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی می‌شود و آنان را به قربانیان دوم تبدیل می‌نماید. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربه قربانیان دوم خطاهای پزشکی منجر به مرگ یا عارضه پایدار انجام گردید.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" nazanin="">روش کار:</span></b><span b="" nazanin=""> این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوا در سال 1399 انجام یافت. 10 نفر از پزشکان و کادر درمان درگیر با خطاهای پزشکی منجر به مرگ یا عارضه پایدار با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم با نرم افزار </span>MAXQDA18<span b="" nazanin=""> صورت گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" nazanin="">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span b="" nazanin=""> بر اساس تجزیه‌وتحلیل مصاحبه‌ها 156 کد اولیه، 48 طبقه فرعی، 13 طبقه اصلی و نهایتاً 3 تم اصلی شامل &quot;واکنش‌های چندگانه، تاثیرات چندگانه و سیستم حمایتی&quot; حاصل گردید.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span arial="">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span arial=""> شناخت تجربیات قربانیان دوم در مواجهه با حوادث و خطاهای پزشکی شامل (واکنش‌ها چندگانه، تأثیرات چندگانه و سیستم حمایتی) می‌تواند به فهم بهتر این پدیده و طراحی برنامه جامع حمایتی با هدف رفع و کاهش پیامدهای منفی و افزایش احساس امنیت آنها کمک کند</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span lt="" optima="" std=""><b>Introduction:</b> Medical error causes severe emotional responses in health care providers and makes them second victims. This study aimed to explain the experience of second victims of medical mistakes leading to death or permanent complication.</span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri=""><b><span style="line-height:107%"><span lt="" optima="" std="">Method:</span></span></b><span style="line-height:107%"><span lt="" optima="" std=""> This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and content analysis method in 2020. Using a purposeful sampling method, ten physicians and members of the medical team involved in medical errors leading to death or permanent complication were selected and interviewed.
