other شناسایی ظرفیت ها، چالش ها و موانع به کارگیری فناوری های نوین ارتباطی در حوزه سلامت با محوریت بیماران خاص: یک مطالعه کیفی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">پیشرفت‌های فناوری‌های نوین ارتباطی زمینه مناسبی را برای ارائه خدمات گوناگون ایجاد کرده است. به‌دلیل اهمیت استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین ارتباطی در مراقبت‌های درمانی و بهداشتی، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و قوت و ضعف استفاده از این فناوری‌ها در حوزه سلامت با محوریت بیماران خاص انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> این مطالعه یک تحقیق کیفی است که با شرکت 40 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان حوزه ارتباطات و سلامت و بیماران خاص انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی بود و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. برای دقت در تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دی ای (</span><span dir="LTR">MAXQDA</span><span lang="AR-SA">) نسخه ۱۲ استفاده شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نتایج این پژوهش درباره فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها و عوامل تهدیدکننده و راهکار‌های استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین ارتباطی در حوزه سلامت منجر به شکل‌گیری و شناسایی ۳۷۹ کد اولیه شامل 45 طبقه شد که درنهایت ۴ درون‌مایه فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها، قوت و ضعف استخراج شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"> فناوری‌های نوین ارتباطی باتوجه ‌به قابلیت‌هایشان می‌توانند به شکل‌گیری ارتباطات سلامت مؤثر کمک کنند و راه‌حل‌های دیجیتالی بهتری را برای بیماران خاص برنامه‌ریزی کنند؛ بیمارانی که هم از نظر زندگی اجتماعی و مسائل روحی و روانی و هم از نظر نیازهای اطلاعاتی با طیف گسترده‌ای از مشکلات و مسائلی در حین درمان روبه‌رو هستند. پیشنهاد می‌شود با شناسایی ظرفیت‌ها، چالش‌ها و موانع به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های نوین ارتباطی در حوزه سلامت، به‌کارگیری دانش و الگوی بومی، استفاده از فناوری‌های ارتباطی و همچنین برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین استانداردها و قوانین مورد نیاز سریعاً در دستور کار قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><b>Introduction: </b>Advances in new communication technologies have created a good environment for the provision of various services. Due to the importance of using new communication technologies in health care, this study was conducted to identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of these technologies in the field of health with a focus on rare patients.<br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Method:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%">This qualitative study was conducted with the participation of 40 experts and specialists in the field of communication and health, and a number of rare patients. The sampling method was snowball sampling and semi-structured interviews continued to the point of data saturation. To collect data, notes were taken and the interviews were recorded and transcribed. For accurate data analysis, MAXQDA (version 12) was used</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Optima LT Std",sans-serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Results: </span></b><span style="line-height:107%">The results of this study on opportunities, challenges, threatening factors, and strategies of using new communication technologies in the field of health led to the formation and identification of 379 initial codes, including 45 categories, which finally 4 themes of opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses were extracted.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusion: </span></b><span style="line-height:107%">New communication technologies, regarding their potentials, could facilitate the advancement of health communication and provide better digital solutions for rare patients, who face various challenges in their treatment period and social life, as well as mental and psychological concerns and the need for information.
