fa بررسی میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت در بین دانشجویان دانشکده های پرستاری، پزشکی و دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در سال 1392 علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p>چکیده زمینه و هدف: امروزه استفاده از اینترنت با سرعت بسیار زیادی در منازل، مدارس، دانشگاهها، کتابخانه ها در حال رشد می باشد ولی استفاده بیش از حد آن، منجر به &quot;اعتیاد اینترنتی&quot; شده است. با توجه افزایش استفاده از اینترنت در بین دانشجویان، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان اعتیاد اینترنتی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی که بصورت تصادفی روی 87 نفر از دانشجویان استفاده کننده از سایت کامپیوتر دانشگاه انجام شد، ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه بوده که شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، دلایل استفاده از اینترنت، آزمون اعتیاد اینترنتی یانگ بود پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط دانشجویان، داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS به کمک آزمون کای دو، آزمون tمستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شد. بر اساس نمرات محاسبه شده، دانشجویان از نظر استفاده از اینترنت در سه دسته نرمال(49-20)، اعتیاد خفیف(79-50) و اعتیاد شدید(100-80) قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: در این مطالعه در بین 87 دانشجو، 33 نفر پسر و 54 نفر دختر بودند که میانگین استفاده روزانه از اینترنت در بین آنان 4&plusmn;4.5 ساعت بود 20.7% دانشجویان رفتار اعتیاد اینترنتی داشتند که 12.1% دانشجویان پسر و 8.6% دانشجویان دختر اعتیاد اینترنتی داشتند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که آگاهی دانشجویان درباره اعتیاد اینترنتی، مناسب نبوده و رفتار اعتیاد اینترنتی در آنان مشاهده گردید لذا اقداماتی از قبیل آموزش صحیح استفاده از اینترنت، افزایش اطلاعات والدین و دانشجویان نسبت به اینترنت ضروری می باشد.</p> <p>Abstract Background: nowadays usage of internet has been growing explosively in homes, schools, colledges, libraries. Its excessive use may lead to a phenomenon called &quot;Internet addiction&quot;. The use of internet and the internet addiction increased among students and university students. This study was done with the purpose of determining the knowledge condition, attitude and addiction to internet among students of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences(NKUMS). Methods: In this descriptive, cross-sectional study, 87 students of NKUMS were randomly selected. Data were collected through Young&#39;s questionnaire. The questionnaire included demographic information, reasons of using the internet, and addiction evaluation test. After receiving informed consents, the students completed the questionnaires. Then, data were analyzed by SPSS and presented with Pearson&#39;s correlation, t-test, and Spearman tests. The students were scored as normal (20-49), slightly addicted (50-79), or severely addicted (80-100). Findings: 87 students participated in the study, 33 male students and 54 female students, the mean time the students were using the internet to 3/9 &plusmn; 3/2 hours a day. The incidence of Internet addiction was established to be 20.7% among university students in this present study. Of those with Internet addiction, 8.6% were females and 12.1% were males.
