other بررسی انزوای اجتماعی در سالمندان و عوامل مرتبط علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">انزوای اجتماعی یک معضل چندفاکتوری است که خطرات بسیاری برای سلامت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی سالمندان دارد. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین انزوای اجتماعی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان تحت پوشش پایگاه‌های بهداشتی شهر بجنورد انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در این مطالعه مقطعی، توصیفی و تحلیلی، 605 سالمند 60 ساله و بیشتر از بین سالمندان تحت پوشش بهداشتی شهر بجنورد، به‌روش طبقه‌بندی خوشه‌ای یک‌مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌های روا و پایای اطلاعات دموگرافیک و انزوای اجتماعی (لوبن) از طریق مصاحبه با سالمند تکمیل شدند. در این پژوهش ملاحظات اخلاقی رعایت شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span lang="AR-SA"> نسخه 24 و آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> میانگین سنی سالمندان مطالعه‌شده 22/7</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA">35/69 سال بود که 6/52 درصد مرد بودند. 2/47 درصد از سالمندان بررسی‌شده انزوای اجتماعی داشتند. انزوای اجتماعی در ارتباط با متغیرهای جنسیت مرد، تعداد فرزندان بیشتر، تحصیلات بیشتر، بیکاری و بازنشستگی و داشتن مسکن، کاهش معنی‌دار آماری داشت (05/0></span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span lang="AR-SA">)، ولی با متغیرهای سن و تأهل ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری نداشت.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"> سیستم‌های بهداشتی درمانی باید به سالمندان، به‌ویژه خانم‌هایی با تعداد فرزند کم، خانه‌دار، بی‌سواد و کم‌سواد و مستأجر توجه بیشتری کنند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><b>Introduction: </b>Social isolation is a multifactorial problem that leads to destructive consequences due to having unique risks for the physical, mental, and social health of the elderly. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine social isolation and its related factors in the elderly under the coverage of health centers in Bojnord, Iran.<br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Method</span></b><span style="line-height:107%">: In this cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study, 605 elderly aged 60 years and above were selected among those under the coverage of health centers in Bojnourd, Iran, using a one-stage cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, valid and reliable questionnaires of demographic characteristics and the Lubben social network scale were completed through an interview with the elderly. Ethical considerations were observed. The data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 24) and statistical tests</span><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span></b><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Optima LT Std",sans-serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Results: </span></b><span style="line-height:107%">The mean age of the elderly was 69.35&plusmn;7.22 years of whom 52.6% were male. In total, 47.2% of the cases had social isolation.
