other روند شکل‌گیری و ابعاد پدیده‌ طبی‌سازی در بستر تاریخی‌اجتماعی با نگاهی به طبی‌سازی در ایران علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقالات مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">طبی‌سازی به فرایندی می‌گویند که در آن، بعضی از جنبه‌های طبیعی زندگی انسان مشکلی پزشکی شناخته و تعریف می‌شود؛ درحالی‌که پیش‌تر از آن، این وجوه از زندگی امری مرضی یا پاتولوژیک شناخته نمی‌شدند. با توجه با اهمیت آگاهی از ابعاد و عواقب طبی‌سازی، مقاله حاضر به بررسی تاریخی، شکل‌گیری و ابعاد روند طبی‌سازی</span> <span lang="AR-SA">با نگاهی به این پدیده در ایران خواهد پرداخت.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در این پژوهش توصیفی‌تحلیلی تلاش شده است تا با بهره‌گیری از منابع موجود، به بررسی ابعاد و روند طبی‌سازی در بستر تاریخی پرداخته شود و با رویکرد تاریخی‌اجتماعی درباره محرک‌ها، بُعدها و تأثیرهای روند طبی‌سازی با نگاهی به اثرهای آن در ایران بحث شود.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> طب نوین و نظام سرمایه‌داری از سه موتور محرک مصرف‌کننده، تکنولوژی و مراقبت کنترل‌شده برای تسلط بر جامعه و هدایت آن استفاده می‌کنند. پدیده طبی‌سازی در ایران طی چند دهه اخیر، به‌خصوص در دوره پساجنگ، با تغییر الگوهای فرهنگی و مصرف‌کننده، جای خود را در جامعه باز کرده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"> پزشکی مدرن به‌دلیل وابستگی شدید به تکنولوژی از یک سو و جریان سرمایه از سوی دیگر، در برخی از حوزه‌ها تحت‌تأثیر فضای گفتمانی و نگاه کاپیتالیستی قرار گرفته است؛ لذا، جنبه‌های حیات انسانی ضمن بازتعریف، تحت‌تأثیر برچسب بیماری در چرخه عرضه و تقاضا قرار داده شده است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><b>Introduction: </b>Medicalization can be defined as the process by which some aspects of human life come to be recognized as medical problems, while before that, they were not considered pathological. Considering the importance of an awareness of the dimensions and consequences of medicalization, the present study aimed to securitize the historical aspects, emergence, and dimensions of medicalization with a glance at this phenomenon in Iran.<br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Method:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%">This descriptive-analytical study tried to address the dimensions and process of medicalization in a historical context and finally discuss the motor engines, aspects, and effects of medicalization in Iran</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Optima LT Std",sans-serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Results: </span></b><span style="line-height:107%">Modern medicine and capitalism use three motor engines, including consumers, technology, and controlled medical care, to dominate and govern societies. During the last few decades, especially in the post-war period, medicalization has found its place in Iran&#39;s society with the change of cultural and consumer patterns.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusion: </span></b><span style="line-height:107%">Due to the keen dependence on technology and the capitalistic paradigm, modern medicine has been affected by the discourse and capitalist view in some areas.
