other بررسی ارتباط بین سطح آنتی‌بادی کروناویروس جدید (SARS-Cov2) با پارامترهای دموگرافیک کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در تابستان سال 1400 Investigating the Relationship between the Antibody Levels of the Novel Coronavirus (SARS-Cov2) and Demographic Parameters of the Employees of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in the Summer of 2021 علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: همه‌گیری کروناویروس جدید (SARS-Cov2) چالش‌ بزرگی برای سیستم‌های بهداشتی بسیاری از کشورها ایجاد کرده است. سطح آنتی‌بادی محافظت‌کننده و عوامل مستعدکننده ابتلا همچنان جزو چالش‌های مطرح در استعداد ابتلای افراد، خصوصاً در محیط‌های کاری است. در این مطالعه، به بررسی سطح آنتی‌بادی‌های IgM و IgG علیه کووید-19 و ارتباط آن با یافته‌های دموگرافیک در کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد پرداخته شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 758 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد به‌صورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد کشوری جمع‌آوری و سطح آنتی‌بادی‌ IgG و IgM علیه SARS-Cov2 به روش الایزا (ELISA) تعیین شد. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری مرتبط و در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS(16) ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: از مجموع شرکت‌کنندگان، 386 نفر معادل 9/50 درصد مرد بودند و باقی را زنان تشکیل می‌دادند. آنتی‌بادی IgG در 138 شرکت‌کننده (9/18 درصد) و IgM در 41 شرکت‌کننده (6/5 درصد) یافت شد. شایع‌ترین علائم در افراد با تجربه ابتلا به بیماری به‌ترتیب سرفه، تب، لرز، سردرد، تنگی نفس، از دست دادن بویایی، ضعف، میالژی، آرترالژی و اختلال هوشیاری بود. در میان افراد با سابقه ابتلا، استفاده از وسایل نقلیه عمومی، سابقه مسافرت و حضور مکرر در محل کار به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از افراد دیگر بود. در فرایند تشخیصی، بررسی رادیولوژیک (CT-Scan)، آزمایش مولکولی ( PCR) و آزمایش آنتی‌بادی به‌ترتیب در اولویت درخواست بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: توصیه می‌شود در هنگام همه‌گیری‌های عفونی، به حفظ فاصله اجتماعی، آگاهی‌بخشی، پایش مکرر سلامت و تهویه هوا به‌دقت توجه شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The novel coronavirus pandemic (SARS-Cov2) has presented daunting challenges to health systems in numerous countries. The levels of protective antibodies and predisposing factors are great contributors to people's susceptibility, especially in work environments. The present study aimed to assess the levels of IgM and IgG antibodies against COVID-19 and their relationships with other demographic findings in the employees of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Method: In this cross-sectional study, 758 employees of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences were selected by convenience sampling method. The data were collected using the country's standard questionnaire, and the level of IgG and IgM antibodies against SARS-CoV2 was determined by ELISA. The results were analyzed in SPSS software (version 16) using related statistical tests (P<0.05). Results: As evidenced by the obtained results, 386 (50.9%) cases were male, and the rest were female. IgG and IgM antibodies were found in 138 (18.9%) and 41 (5.6%) participants, respectively. The most common symptoms in subjects who experienced the disease were cough, fever, chills, headache, shortness of breath, loss of smell, weakness, myalgia, arthralgia, and impaired consciousness. The use of public transportation, history of travel, and frequent presence at work were significantly found to be predisposing factors. In the diagnostic process, radiological examination (CT-Scan), molecular test (PCR), and antibody test when symptoms appeared were requested, respectively.
