other پیش‌بینی پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید 19 با مدل‌های سلامت‌محور: مروری نظام‌مند بر کاربرد مدل‌ها و تئوری‌های سلامت‌محور در پیش‌بینی پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید 19 A Systematic Review of the Use of Health-oriented Models and Theories in Predicting the Acceptance of the COVID-19 Vaccination علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقالات مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: درک عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر پذیرش واکسن با استفاده از مدل/تئوری‌های سلامت‌محور به مدیریت بهتر بیماری‌ها کمک و درک بهتری از کاربرد آن‌ها را در پیش‌بینی قصد رفتاری فراهم می‌کند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مطالعات انجام‌شده مبتن‌ بر مدل/تئوری‌های سلامت‌محور در پیش‌بینی پذیرش واکسیناسیون کووید 19 به شیوه نظام‌مند انجام شده است. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر مروری نظام‌مند است. کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Scopus و Google Scholar بدون محدودیت زمانی تا تاریخ فوریه 2022 براساس بیانیه PRISMA جست‌وجو شد. برای جلوگیری از سوگرایی، جست‌وجو و غربالگری توسط دو نفر از پژوهشگران به‌صورت مستقل انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: درنهایت، 32 مقاله دارای معیار ورود به مطالعه بررسی شدند. پیش‌بینی‌کنندگی مدل‌ها از 39 تا 76 درصد متغیّر و در برخی مطالعات نیز گزارش نشده بود. پرکاربردترین الگو به ترتیب مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده بود که در برخی مطالعات به‌تنهایی یا هر دو استفاده شده بودند. در یک مطالعه، این دو مدل مقایسه شده بود که نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده پیش‌بینی‌کنندگی بیشتری داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: مدل/تئوری‌های سلامت‌محور، به‌ویژه مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، توانسته است نقش مهمی را در پیش‌بینی تمایل به واکسیناسیون کووید 19 در جمعیت‌های مختلف ایفا کند. بنابراین، لازم است تا در مداخلات پیش‌رو از راهبردی مناسب و کارآمد برای توسعه سازه‌های این مدل‌ها یا ترکیب آن‌ها با سایر مدل/تئوری‌ها استفاده شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Understanding behavioral factors affecting vaccine acceptance using health-oriented models/theories as a practical and structured model helps to design appropriate interventions for better disease management. It provides a better understanding of the application and capacity of models and theories in the prediction of behavioral intention. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess studies based on health-oriented model/theories in predicting the acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination in a systematic way. Method: In this systematic review study, the keywords related to the aims of the study were searched in databases, such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, without a time limit and until February 2022, based on the PRISMA statement. To prevent bias, two researchers independently performed a search and screening. Results: Finally, 32 articles that met the inclusion criteria were examined. The predictability of the models varied from 39%-76%, and this was not reported in some studies. The most widely used models, respectively, were the health belief model and the theory of planned behavior, which were used alone or in combination in some studies. In a study comparing these two models, the theory of planned behavior was more predictive. Conclusion: Health-oriented models/theories, especially the health belief model and the theory of planned behavior, have been able to play a critical role in predicting willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in different populations.
