other تورشن تخمدان در یک دختر 4 ساله: گزارش مورد علوم پایه Basic Sciences گزارش مورد Case Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">تورشن تخمدان، یک اورژانس جراحی ناشایع در کودکان و یکی از علل غیر معمول درد شکم حاد است. در این مطالعه، یک مورد از تورشن تخمدان در کودک 4 ساله گزارش شده است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">گزارش بیمار:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">دختربچه 4 ساله با شکایت درد شکم به</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">بیمارستان بنت‌الهدی در شهر بجنورد مراجعه کرد. درد از روز قبل مراجعه آغاز و ماهیت کولیکی داشته است. در معاینه شکم تندرنس در ربع تحتانی راست وجود داشت. آزمایش </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">CBC</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt"> نرمال بود. در سونوگرافی داپلر از شکم و لگن، تورشن تخمدان راست پارشیل مشاهده شد. بیمار تحت لاپاراتومی دتورشن شد و تخمدان حفظ شد. به‌علت بلند بودن لیگامان یوترواوارین راست، لیگامان یوترواوارین با بخیه </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">8</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt"> کوتاه و به دیواره لگن فیکس شد. تخمدان در محل آناتومیک نرمال خود قرار گرفت و جدار شکم ترمیم شد. در بررسی شمارش کامل سلول‌های خونی سریال، نتایج آزمایش‌ها نرمال بود و بیمار 72 ساعت بعد از عمل جراحی با حال عمومی خوب ترخیص شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">باتوجه به غیر اختصاصی بودن علائم تورشن تخمدان، احتمال پیچ‌خوردگی تخمدان در تمام کودکان دختر مبتلا به درد شکمی باید در نظر گرفته شود</span></span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt"> حال آنکه، تورشن تخمدان در کودکان یک اورژانس ناشایع است که ارزیابی، تشخیص و مداخله‌ زودهنگام و به‌موقع از عواقب فاجعه‌بار بعدی پیشگیری می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Introduction:</span></b> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Ovarian torsion, a rare surgical emergency in children, is one of the uncommon causes of acute abdominal pain. In this study, a case of ovarian torsion in a 4-year-old female patient was reported.</span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Case Presentation</span></b><span style="line-height:107%">: <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">A four-year-old female came to Bent al-Huda Hospital in Bojnurd, Iran with a complaint of abdominal pain that had started the day before the visit and was colicky. Abdominal examination showed tenderness in the right lower quadrant. The complete blood count (CBC) test was normal. In the Doppler ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, partial right ovarian torsion was observed. The patient underwent torsion under laparotomy and the ovary was preserved. Due to the length of the right utero vaginal ligament, the utero vaginal ligament was shortened with 8 stitches and fixed to the pelvic wall. The ovary was placed in its normal anatomical position and the abdominal wall was repaired. In the examination of the complete serial blood cell count, the test results were normal, and the patient was discharged 72 h after surgery in good general condition.</span></span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusion:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Considering the non-specificity of ovarian torsion symptoms, the possibility of ovarian torsion should be considered in all female children with abdominal pain.
