other بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی خراسان شمالی نسبت به محیط آموزشی براساس الگوی DREEM Examination of the Students' Viewpoints on the Educational Environment Based on the DREEM Model: Dental Students in North Khorasan Province, Iran علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: محیط آموزشی از مهم‌ترین عوامل تعیین&lrm;کننده رفتار در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی خراسان شمالی از دیدگاه دانشجویان بوده است. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی با روش سرشماری، همه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی شرکت کرده‌اند. ابزار انجام پژوهش پرسش‌نامه استاندارد اندازه‌گیری محیط آموزشی DREEM بود. این پرسش‌نامه دارای 5 حیطه با حداکثر نمره کلی 200 بوده که نمره بالاتر نشان‌دهنده ارزیابی مطلوب‌تر است. پس از تکمیل پرسش‌نامه‌ها، مقایسه داده‌ها از طریق آزمون‌های آماری من ویتنی–یو، ویلکاکسون، آماره آزمون z در نرم‌افزار SPSS 26  انجام شد. یافته‌ها: از 191 دانشجوی دندانپزشکی شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش، ۳۰/۵۱ درصد دختر (98 نفر) و ۶۹/۴۸ درصد پسر (93 نفر) بوده‌اند. نمره کلی دیدگاه دانشجویان پایه و بالین نسبت به محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی 40/102 از 200 بوده است. بر اساس نتایج بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان در 5 حیطه الگوی DREEM، میانگین به‌دست‌آمده در حیطه جو آموزشی: 13/25 از 48، حیطه شیوه آموزش: 46/24 از 48، حیطه عملکرد مدرسان: 04/22 از 44، حیطه عملکرد تحصیلی خود: 04/17 از 32 و وضعیت اجتماعی خود: 72/13 از28 بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داده است که وضعیت محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی خراسان شمالی بر اساس دیدگاه دانشجویان مطلوب بوده است. از آنجا که، به پایش مستمر محیط آموزشی در تمام دانشگاه‌های جهان تاکید می‌شود، جهت بهتر شدن وضعیت آموزشی باید به تمام ابعاد محیط آموزشی توجه شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: One of the most important determinants of behavior in the Medical Sciences Universities is the educational environment. The present study aimed to determine the perception of dental students of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, toward the educational environment. Method: All dental students studying at North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, participated in this descriptive analytical study with the census method. The research tool was the Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM), which is an educational environment standard questionnaire. This questionnaire includes five areas with a maximum total score of 200, and a higher score indicates the most favorable evaluation of that section. After completing the questionnaires, data comparison was performed by employing Mann-Whitney-U, Wilcoxon, and z-test statistics using the SPSS (version 26) software. Results: Among 191 dental students participating in the research, 51.30% were females (n=98) and 48.69% were males (n=93). The overall score of basic and clinical students' views on the educational environment of the dental school was 102.40 out of 200. According to the results of examining students' viewpoints in five areas of the DREEM model, the average scores obtained in the different areas were as follows: educational atmosphere, 25.13/48; teaching methods, 46.24/48; performance of teachers, 22.04/44; own academic performance, 17.04/32; and social status, 13.72/28. Conclusion: The results indicated that the educational environment of the Dental School of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences in Iran was desirable based on the students' viewpoints.
