other سنجش نگرش به اتانازی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در سال 1402 Evaluation of the Attitude Toward Euthanasia in Nurses Working in Special Care Departments of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2023 علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: درمورد اتانازی مباحث بسیار زیادی در زمینه‌های اخلاق، دین و قانون وجود دارد و مخالفان و موافقان آن هرکدام از منظر خود به آن می‌نگرند و دلایل خاص خود را بیان می‌کنند. این مسئله درگیری‌های مختلفی را در حوزه اخلاق، دین و پزشکی برانگیخته است و از آن به‌عنوان یکی از بحث‌برانگیزترین موضوع‌های اخلاقی پزشکی یاد شده است. ازاین‌رو، این مطالعه با هدف سنجش نگرش به اتانازی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی خراسان‌شمالی انجام شده است. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی است که به‌صورت مقطعی انجام شده است. درمجموع، 164 پرستار شاغل در بخش‌های ویژه از 3 بیمارستان بنت‌الهدی، امام‌علی(ع) و امام‌حسن(ع) مشارکت داشتند. نگرش به اتانازی با مقیاس نگرش به اتانازی بررسی شد. تحلیل آماری با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه‌ حاضر نشان داد 6/50 درصد پرستاران نگرش منفی و 4/49 درصد نگرش مثبت نسبت به اتانازی دارند. میانگین نمرات حیطه ملاحظات اخلاقی 19/34، حیطه ملاحظات عملی 88/، حیطه ارج به زندگی 66/11 و حیطه باورهای طبیعت‌گرایانه 54/5 بود. همچنین، بین نوع نگرش به اتانازی با متغیّرهای دموگرافیگ ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به حرمت مرگِ ترحّمی ازلحاظ فقهی و شرعی، در دوره آموزش برای پرستاران با دقت بیشتری به پدیده اتانازی پرداخته شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: There are numerous debates surrounding euthanasia in terms of ethics, religion, and law, with both opponents and proponents viewing it from their perspectives and presenting their specific reasons. This issue has sparked various controversies in the realms of ethics, religion, and medicine and is considered one of the most contentious ethical topics in medicine. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the attitudes toward euthanasia among nurses working in the Intensive Care Units of educational and therapeutic hospitals affiliated with North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Method: The current descriptive and cross-sectional study was performed on 164 nurses working in special departments of Bent Al-Hoda, Imam Ali, and Imam Hassan hospitals in Iran. The euthanasia attitude scale was used in this study. Statistical analysis was performed in SPSS software (version 23) with a significance level of < 0.05. Results: Results of the present study showed that 50.6% and 49.4% of nurses had negative and positive attitudes towards euthanasia, respectively. Average scores of moral consideration, practical consideration, respect for life, and naturalistic beliefs were 34.19, 7.88, 11.66, and 5.54, respectively. Moreover, there was no statistically significant relationship between the type of attitude towards euthanasia and demographic variables.
