other ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻰ ﺩﺭﻙ ﻋﻼﻳﻢ ﺍﻳﻤﻨﻰ در ﻛﺎرﮔﺮان ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ در استان خراسان شمالی در سال 1401 Survey of Safety Signs Understanding among Industrial Workers in North Khorasan Province in 2022 علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research     مقدمه: یکی از روش‌های اطلاع‌رسانی مخاطرات شغلی به کارگران صنعتی در محیط کار، کاربرد علائم ایمنی است کـه بـا توجـه بــه نوع مخـاطرات محیط کار در مکان‌های موردنیــاز نصب می‌شود. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان درک علائم ایمنی درکارگران صنعتی است. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی‌تحلیلی، میزان درک علائم ایمنی بر روی 150 نفر از کارگران صنعتی در استان خراسان‌شمالی موردِسنجش قرار گرفت. از پرسش‌نامه‌های  2007,  1-9186 ISO و معیار درک علائم ایمنی مؤسّسه ملّی استاندارد آمریکا ANSI Z 535,5 برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری با نرم‌افزار آماری 21 SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که 6/52% افراد موردمطالعه در گروه سنّی 31 تا 50 سال قرار داشتند. میانگین میزان درک علائم ایمنی برابر 15/20 <m:omath></m:omath><m:omath><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr>±</m:r></m:omath> 15/78 بود. بیشترین میزان درک صحیح مربوط به علامت «سیگار کشیدن ممنوع» و کمترین میزان درک مربوط به علامت «جعبه کمک‌های اوّلیه» بود. ارتباط بین سن، سابقه کار، آموزش و سطح تحصیلات با میزان درک علائم ایمنی ارتباط معنادار داشت (05/0Pvalue <m:omath><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr><</m:r></m:omath> )، اما با نوبت کاری ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: درک علائم ایمنی در کارگران صنعتی در سطح قابل‌قبولی قرار داشت و طراحی قابل‌درک علائم ایمنی با مضمون «پوشیدن شیلد صورت»، «جعبه کمک‌های اوّلیه»، «خطر مواد سمّی» و «خروج اضطراری» ضروری است.       <div style="text-align: justify;"> Introduction: One of the methods of informing industrial workers about occupational hazards in the workplace is the use of safety signs, which are installed in the required places according to the type of workplace hazards. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the level of understanding of safety signs among industrial workers. Method: In this cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study, the level of understanding of safety signs was measured on 150 industrial workers in North Khorasan Province. The data were collected using the ISO 9186–1:2007 questionnaire and the American National Standards Institute ANSI Z535.5 criteria for understanding safety signs. After collection, the data were analyzed using SPSS 21 statistical software. Results: The results of the study showed that 52.6% of the subjects belonged to the age group of 31 to 50 years. The average level of understanding of safety signs was 15.78±15.20. The highest level of correct understanding was related to the "No Smoking" sign, while the lowest level was related to the "First Aid Kit" sign. The relationship between age, work experience, training, and level of education was significantly related to the level of understanding of safety signs (P<m:omath></m:omath><m:omath><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr><</m:r></m:omath> 0.05); however, no significant relationship was observed with shift work. Conclusion: The understanding of safety signs among industrial workers was at an acceptable level standard.
