fa مطالعه کیفی تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری در زمینه آموزش بالینی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p>خلاصه مقدمه و هدف: کارآموزی های بالینی بخشی اساسی از آموزش دانشجویان پرستاران است و شناخت تجربیات واقعی آنان در این عرصه و آگاهی از مشکلات آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه آنان ، امکان توسعه استراتژی آموزش بالینی و ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش را فراهم م ینماید . هدف این مطالعه درک عمیق تر تجربیات دانشجویان پرستاری در این زمینه است . روش ها: به منظور دستیابی به نظرات دانشجویان پرستاری در زمینه تجربیات بالینی ، از گروه متمرکز 2 استفاده شد 30 نفر از 120 نفر دانشجوی شاغل به تحصیل در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی بجنورد بطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در سه گروه ده نفره قرار گرفتند. هر گروه بطور جداگانه به روش گروه متمرکز مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفت . به طوری که ابتدا مفاهیم ، از تجربه و تحلیل محتوی 3 استفاده شده و کد گذاری 4 داده ها در سه سطح صورت گرفت. به طوری که ابتدا واحدهای معنایی 5 تشخیص و کدگذاری گردید. سپس واحدها در سطح دوم طبقه بندی 6 شده و در نهایت تم ها 7 به عنوان سطح سوم کدگذاری از میان طبقات استخراج گردیدند . از جمله عوامل &laquo; شکاف بین تئوری و عمل &raquo; و &laquo; بی انگیزگی &raquo; ، &laquo; اضطراب &raquo; . یافته ها : سه تم اصلی از درون داده استخراج گردید مؤثر در تجربیات بالینی در نظر گرفته شد . بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه احساس ناامیدی و بی انگیزگی را در بین دانشجویان پرستاری نشان می دهد. همچنین اضطراب و ترس به عنوان نتیجه ای از دانش ناکافی، واکنش نامناسب مربیان در برابر خطای دانشجویان و ارزشیابی ناعادلانه از جمله تجربیات بیان شده از سوی آنان است. با توجه به نقش غیر قابل انکار ابعاد روحی- روانی و انگیزه های درونی و بیرونی فراگیران در کسب مهارتهای بالینی، نتایج این مطالعه می تواند در طرح ریزی برنامه های درسی و دوره های آموزش بالینی پرستاری و ارتقاء کیفی آن، مورد توجه مدیران آموزشی و مربیان بالینی قرار گیرد.</p> <p style="margin-left:7.85pt;">Introduction:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Clinical practice is an indispensible component of nursing students&#39; education. Recognition of their real experiences and understanding of their clinical training difficulties in this area may help to develop a better clinical instruction strategies and improvement of education. This study was aimed to get a</p> <p style="margin-left:6.15pt;">betterperception regarding nursing students&#39; clinical experiences assuming qualitative method.</p> <p style="margin-left:6.15pt;">Methods: &nbsp;To gain access to nursing students&#39; views about their clinical experiences, focus group approach was employed. 30 of the whole 120 nursing students of Bojnord Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery were [purposefully selected and according to their entry year divided into three groups each of which including 10 students. Each group was interviewed separately by focus group method. Using content analysis to extract concepts and themes, data were coded in three levels. At the first step, the meaning units were recognized and coded. Then the meaning units were categorized in second level of data; and finally the themes as the third level of data were derived.</p> <p style="margin-left:7.6pt;">Results: Three main themes &nbsp;were&nbsp; evolved&nbsp; from qualitative data analysis: &nbsp;&quot;anxiety&quot;, &nbsp;&quot;motivation&quot;, and&quot;theory practice gap&quot;.</p> <p style="margin-left:7.85pt;">Conclusions: &nbsp;Study revealed the feeling of discouragement and reluctance among students. Also fear and anxiety as consequences of knowledge insufficiency, improper reactions of instructors in case of students&#39; errors, and&nbsp; unfair &nbsp;evaluation &nbsp;were &nbsp;among &nbsp;experiences &nbsp;verbalized &nbsp;by &nbsp;nursing &nbsp;students.
