fa بررسی ویژگی های مربی بالینی اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در سال 1387 علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p>چکیده: مقدمه: آموزش بالینی بخش اساسی و مهم آموزش پرستاری را تشکیل می دهد. مربی بالینی یک مهره بسیار مهم و اساسی در برنامه ریزی و کسب تجارب بالینی است. ویژگیهای مربی بالینی اثربخش در پژوهش های مختلف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. ولی هنوز ویژگیهای مربی بالینی اثر بخش سوال برانگیز بوده و تصویر مربی بالینی اثر بخش واضح و روشن نیست. پ ژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ویژگیهای مربی بالینی اثر بخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی در سال 1387 انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش توصیفی بر روی 96 دانشجو انجام گرفت. جهت نمونه گیری از روش سرشماری استفاده شد و افراد مورد بررسی، دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی در مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته روزانه بودند که در ترم سه و بالاتر به تحصیل مشغول بودند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که در دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و ویژگیهای مربی بالینی اثر بخش در چهار زمینه آموزش، ویژگی های فردی، روابط بین فردی، ارزشیابی دانشجو طراحی شده بود. برای هر کدام از این چهار زمینه دامنه نمره دهی بین 0 تا 5 در این و آزمون های فراوانی، کای دو و آنالیز واریانس استفاده SPSS پرسشنامه در نظر گرفته شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار گردید. 20 بود. از افراد مورد بررسی، 71 نفر دانشجویان پرستاری / یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین سنی دانشجویان 9 ،(4/ %74 ) و 25 نفر دانشجویان مامایی ( 26 %) بودند. دانشجویان به ترتیب بیشترین امتیاز را به ویژگیهای فردی (شخصیتی) ( 0 ) 3) مربی بالینی اختصاص دادند. همچنین در بین دانشجویان دو / 3) و ارزشیابی ( 0 / 3)، روابط بین فردی ( 4 / مهارت های آموزشی ( 9 رشته تفاوتی از نظر ویژ گی های مربی اثر بخش وجود نداشت و بین متغیرهایی مانند سن، ترم تحصیلی، رضایت از رشته تحصیلی با امتیاز ویژگی های مربی بالینی اثر بخش همبستگی دیده نشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: در این پژوهش دانشجویان از بین چهار زمینه ویژگیهای مربی بالینی اثربخش بالاترین درجه را به زمینه فردی اختصاص دادند. دومین امتیاز به زمینه آموزش، سومین امتیاز به زمینه روابط بین فردی و کمترین امتیاز به ارزشیابی اختصاص داده شد.</p> <p>Introduction: Clinical teaching is a seminal and important part of nursing education. Clinical instructors play an important basic role in programming and also attaining the clinical experiments. Characteristics &nbsp;of &nbsp;effective &nbsp;instructors &nbsp;has &nbsp;been &nbsp;evaluated &nbsp;in &nbsp;a &nbsp;variety &nbsp;of &nbsp;research. &nbsp;These</p> <p>characteristics are&nbsp; under &nbsp;question &nbsp;and there &nbsp;is no &nbsp;clear picture &nbsp;of &nbsp;effective &nbsp;clinical &nbsp;instructor</p> <p>characteristics. The goal of this study was to determine the characteristics of an effective clinical instructor in the view of the student of nursing and midwifery students of North Khorasan Medical</p> <p>University in 1387.</p> <p>Methods: &nbsp;It was a descriptive study on a group of 96 students. The instrument was a questionnaire designed in two parts including demographic data and characteristics of an effectiveness which was omposed of 4 axes including: education, personal characteristics, interpersonal communication and evaluation of students. The method of sampling was census and the&nbsp; study population was the undergraduate students of nursing and midwifery were studying in 3rd or higher semester.</p> <p>Results: The findings show that the mean age of students was 20.84 years. 73.95% of populations were &nbsp;nursing &nbsp;and &nbsp;26.04% &nbsp;midwifery &nbsp;student&#39;s &nbsp;.The &nbsp;students &nbsp;scored &nbsp;the &nbsp;individual &nbsp;(personal) harters as the highest and the teaching skills, interpersonal communication, and the evaluation were scored in a decreasing order of frequency. This study showed that there is no difference etween the view of two disciplines (nursing & midwifery) of an effective clinical instructor.
