fa خصوصیات اپیدمیولوژیک بروسلوزیس در شهرستان بانه طی سالهای 91-1390 بهداشت Public Health مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <em>بروسلوزیس یک عفونت باکتریایی است که از گاوها، گوسفندان و بزهای آلوده به انسان انتقال می یابد</em><em> و</em> <em>در اغلب نقاط دنیا بخصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه از لحاظ بهداشت عمومی و تاثیر آن در وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی جامعه دارای اهمیت زیادی است و به عنوان یکی از شایعترین بیماریهای مشترک انسان و دام در ایران مطرح می</em><em><span dir="LTR">‎</span></em><em>باشد. با توجه به خصوصیات جغرافیایی و شغلی در شهرستان بانه، این مطالعه به منظور بررسی خصو</em><em>صیات اپیدمیولوژیک بروسلوزیس در این شهرستان انجام شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> <em>این مطالعه یک مطالعه </em><em>مقطعی-تحلیلی </em><em>بود که بر روی پرونده های افراد مبتلا به بروسلوزیس ازابتدای سال 1390 تا 1391 انجام شد. داده ها از طریق اطلاعات موجود </em><em>در</em><em> مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی، آزمایشگاههای خصوصی و مطب ها جمع آوری گردید و پس از وارد کردن داده ها در کامپیوتر توسط نرم افزار</em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS19 </span></em><em> و شاخصهای آماری توصیفی و </em><em>آزمون کای دو مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. مقدار </em><em><span dir="LTR">P-value</span></em><em> کمتر از 05/0 به عنوان معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> <em>تعداد کل بیماران محتمل و قطعی بروسلوزیس گزارش شده در طی سالهای91-1390 برابر 135 نفر بوده است که بطور متوسط میزان شیوع در هرسال 2/48در صدهزار بود. 52 درصد موارد مرد بودند. محل زندگی 9/85 درصد مبتلایان در روستا بود. شغل 4/50 درصد از مبتلایان دامداری بود</em><em>. بیشترین موارد مشاهده شده در فصل بهار و ماه خرداد بود.</em><em> بین محل سکونت افراد مبتلا و میزان ابتلا رابطه ی معنی دار آماری وجود داشت اما بین جنس افراد مبتلا و بیماری آنها رابطه معنی دار آماری وجود نداشت (05/0></em><em><span dir="LTR">P </span></em><em>)</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> <em>نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که شیوع سالانه این بیماری در شهرستان بانه نسبتا بالا می باشد</em> <em>لذا توجه بیشتر مسئولین را می طلبد که در رابطه با پیشگیری و کنترل این بیماری برنامه ریزی دقیق انجام دهند.</em></p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">واژه های کلیدی:</span></strong><em><span dir="RTL"> اپیدمیولوژی، بروسلوزیس، بروز </span></em></p> <p><strong>Background & Objectives:</strong>  <em>Brucellosis is a Zoonotic infection, occurs in different parts of the world especially in developing countries and is important both public health and economically aspects. </em><em>The aim of this study was to determine epidemiological aspects of disease  in Bane County, Kurdistan province, west of Iran.</em></p> <p><strong>Material </strong><strong>& Methods:</strong> <em>In this</em><em> cross-sectional and</em><em> analytic</em><em> study several data sources were used such as all documents in Bane County and districts health center</em><em> and also documents in private laboratories in the county</em><em>. Demographical and laboratory information of all cases that diagnosed during 2011–2012 were checked. We used SPSS16 software to do statistical analysis of the cases and presented </em><em>with descriptive analysis, chi-square<span dir="RTL">) </span>P <span dir="RTL">></span> 0.05)<span dir="RTL">.</span></em></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong><em>We </em><em>retrospectively </em><em>evaluated 135 patients with brucellosis in Bane County, Kurdistan province, west of Iran</em> <em>during the study. The prevalence rate of the disease was 48.9 per 100,000 annually.</em><em> 52% of patients were male</em><em> The majority of the patients were from rural (85.9%).The job of 50.4% of patients was ranchering.</em><em> The monthly variation of disease shows that most of cases diagnosed in springs and June. There was a significant correlation between gender and place of residence.</em> <strong><a href="http://dik.ir/AdvSearch.aspx?query=conclusion" target="_blank">Conclusion</a></strong>:<em> The results obtained from this research indicate that the prevalence rate of brucellosis in Bane County, Kurdistan province is higher than average rate of Iran country.
