fa کارایی انجام یک نوبت آزمایش مدفوع جهت شناسایی عفونت های انگلی روده ای در متقاضیان دریافت کارت معاینه بهداشتی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <em>عفونت های انگلی روده ای شایع ترین نوع عفونت در کشورهای درحال توسعه می باشد.</em> <em>رایج ترین روش تشخیص آلودگی های انگلی روده در متقاضیان کارت بهداشتی، انجام آزمایش مدفوع است که معمولا در سه نوبت صورت می گیرد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی نیاز به تحویل معمول سه نمونه مدفوع </em><em>جهت بررسی انگلهای روده ای </em><em>در متقاضیان دریافت کارت بهداشتی مراجعه کننده به مرکز بهداشت اقبال شهرستان ارومیه می باشد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> <em>در این مطالعه تحلیلی، نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری و مقطعی از 2774 متقاضی گواهی سلامت، در نیمه اول سال 1393 در مرکز بهداشت اقبال شهرستان ارومیه انجام گردید و نمونه ها با روش لام مستقیم با نرمال سالین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج جداگانه نوبت اول، دوم و سوم نسبت به نتایج کل دفعات آزمایش مدفوع بر اساس آزمون نسبتها </em><em>مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. </em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> <em>در طی این بررسی 8322 نمونه مدفوع مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میزان موارد مثبت آلودگی به انگل های روده ای پس از سه بار آزمایش مدفوع 8/0% بود. تشخیص آلوگی های انگلی روده ای در دفعات مختلف نشان داد 90% این آلودگی ها با آزمایش اولین نمونه مدفوع میسر می‌گردد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> <em>انجام آزمایش تک نوبته مدفوع، بجای آزمایش سه نوبته در متقاضیان دریافت کارت بهداشتی بدون علامت که در دفعات مختلف و در مناطق شهری جهت تمدید مدارک خود مراجعه می کنند</em> <em>توصیه می شود.</em></p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">واژه های کلیدی:</span></strong> <em><span dir="RTL">انگل های روده ای، آزمایش مدفوع، کارت معاینه بهداشتی، شهرستان ارومیه</span></em></p> <pre> <strong>Background </strong><strong>&nbsp;& Objectives</strong><strong>:</strong> <em>Intestinal</em> <em>p</em><em>arasitic infections are the most prevalent infections in humans in developing countries. The most common method </em><em>of </em><em>diagnosis of intestinal parasites in health card applicants is using three stool samples for microscopic examination. The aim of the present study </em><em>was</em><em> to </em><em>evaluate</em><em> the need for routine </em><em>delivery </em><em>three stool samples </em><em>to check for intestinal </em><em>parasites in health card applicants who refer to Eghbal health center of Urmia</em><em> city</em><em>.</em></pre> <pre> <strong>Material and Methods:</strong> <em>In this </em><em>cross-sectional </em><em>study samples were collected by way of census from 2774 health card applicant, </em><em>w</em><em>ho refer to Egbal health center during 2014</em><em>.</em><em> All samples were examined based on direct stool smear method</em><em> using normal saline</em><em>. </em><em>The results</em><em> of </em><em>one turn </em><em>stool </em><em>examination were compared with the results of three times stool test </em><em>using proportion</em><em> (Z)</em><em> test. &nbsp;&nbsp; </em></pre> <pre> <strong>Results:</strong> <em>In this study </em><em>8322 stool samples were examined. The Positive rate of infection with intestinal parasites after three stool sample examination was 0.</em><em>8</em><em>%.
