fa مقایسه عملکرد خانواده در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی با بیماران اختلال دو قطبی I علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <em>ارتباط عملکرد خانواده با ویژگی های روانی فرد یکی از مهم ترین بحث های خانواده درمانی می باشد.</em> <em>اختلال اسکیزوفرنی و اختلال دوقطبی</em> <em>I</em> <em>نیز از اختلالات شایع بیماران بستری در بیمارستان می باشند لذا در این طرح بر آن شدیم اختلالات عملکرد خانواده را در این دو گروه مقایسه و بررسی کنیم.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> <em>در این پژوهش موردی شاهدی 50 بیمار مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی و 50 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی </em><em>I</em><em> و همچنین گروه شاهد شامل 50 نفر از مشاغل مختلف توسط مقیاس سنجش عملکرد خانواده </em><em><span dir="LTR">(</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">FAD-I</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">)</span></em><em> مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. و در آخر نتایج سه گروه توسط نرم افزار </em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS V21</span></em><em> مقایسه شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> <em>نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از اختلاف معنی دار دو گروه بیماران با گروه شاهد بود. در مقایسه بیماران اسکیزوفرنی با اختلال دوقطبی </em><em>I</em><em> نیز اختلال عملکرد خانواده در گروه بیماران اسکیزوفرنی در هر دو جنس شدیدتر بود اما از لحاظ سنی اختلاف معنی دار عملکرد خانواده بین دو گروه بیماران تنها در بیماران 20 تا 40 سال معنی دار بود.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> <em>با توجه به نتیجه بدست آمده مبنی بر اختلال شدیدتر عملکرد خانواده در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی، به نظر می رسد خانواده درمانی می تواند به عنوان درمان کمکی توام با دارو در درمان بهتر و موفق تر این بیماران موثر باشد.</em></p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">واژه های کلیدی:</span></strong> <em><span dir="RTL">عملکرد خانواده، اسکیزوفرنی، اختلال دوقطبی</span></em></p> <p><strong>Background & Objectives:</strong> <em>Relationship between family functioning and psychological characteristics of the individual is one of the most important discussions of family therapy. Schizophrenia and bipolar I disorder are very common in hospitalized patients. So we decided to investigate and campare the family functioning between these two groups of patients.</em></p> <p><strong>Material & Methods:</strong> <em>In this case control study 50 patients with schizophrenia , 50 patients with bipolar I disorder and control group consists of 50 different professions were evaluated by family assessment device scale (FAD-I). Final results of the three groups were compared by SPSS V21 software.</em></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> <em>Findings indicate a significant difference between the two groups with the control group. Family dysfunction in patients with schizophrenia in both sexes was more severe than patients with bipolar I disorder.
