fa تاثیر آموزش به وسیله ارسال پیام متنی از طریق تلفن همراه بر پذیرش رژیم درمانی بیماران تحت درمان با همودیالیز علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <em>اثربخشی همودیالیز بستگی به تبعیت از توصیه های درمانی دارد. عدم تبعیت </em><em>از رژیم درمانی با پیامدهای بالینی جدی همراه است.</em> <em>جستجو برای یافتن یک شیوه ی آموزشی کارآمد ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش به وسیله ارسال پیام متنی از طریق تلفن همراه بر پذیرش رژیم درمانی بیماران تحت درمان با همودیالیز انجام شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> <em>مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی به روش قبل و بعد است که بر روی 3</em><em>0</em><em> بیمار مرکز همودیالیز </em><em>بیمارستان امام علی(ع)</em><em> بجنورد</em><em> در سال 1394</em><em> انجام گرفت. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بود. به مدت </em><em>4 هفته روزی یکبار و در مجموع 28 پیام متنی از طریق تلفن همراه </em><em>به زبان فارسی در خصوص رژیم درمانی برای نمونه ها ارسال گردید. قبل و بعد از مداخله طی یک ماه میزان فسفر و پتاسیم سرم، غیبت و اضافه وزن بین جلسات دیالیز ثبت گردید. </em><em>داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون تی زوجی</em><em> و با استفاده از نرم افزار</em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS20</span></em> <em>&nbsp;تجزیه و تحلیل شد</em><em>.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> <em>بین پذیرش رژیم غذایی(</em><em>002/0=</em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em>)، رژیم داروی</em><em>ی</em><em>(</em><em>003/0=</em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em>) و حضور منظم در جلسات دیالیز (</em><em>001/0</em><em>></em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em>) قبل و بعد از آموزش از طریق ارسال پیام متنی </em><em>تفاوت</em><em> معنی داری وجود داشت</em> <em>ولی در پذیرش محدودیت مصرف مایعات قبل و بعد از آموزش از طریق ارسال پیام متنی</em> <em>تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong><em> با توجه به اثربخشی شیوه ارسال پیام متنی و در دسترس بودن این شیوه برای اکثریت این بیماران، توصیه می شود به این روش آموزشی در برنامه ی آموزش به بیمار بیشتر توجه گردد.</em></p> <p><strong>Background &Objectives: </strong><em>The hemodialysis effectiveness is depended on adherence to the therapeutic regimen recommendations. Every aberration from the therapeutic regimens, results to the severe clinical outcomes. Therefore, finding an effective teaching method is essential. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of training through text messaging via cell phones on the compliance of therapeutic regimens by the hemodialysis patients.</em></p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong><em>In this before and after quasi-experimental study, thirty hemodialysis patients had been selected through Simple Random Sampling method who were referred to Emam Ali Hospital of Bojnurd&nbsp; in 2016. One therapeutic regimen recommendation text message was sent for 4 weeks (28 Persian text messages per day). Data about the amount of serum phosphorus and potassium, interdialytic weight gain, and patient&rsquo;s absence in the sessions were collected before and after sending messages. Statistical tests such as</em> <em>paired</em> <em>t-test were performed using the SPSS v 20.</em></p> <p><strong>Results: </strong><em>There were significant differences in compliance of diet (p=0.002), medication regimen (p=0.003), and regular attendance at dialysis sessions (p=0.000) before and after training by text messaging via cell phones.
