fa بررسی ارتباط چاقی با عوارض دوران بارداری و زایمان در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهری شهرستان درگز: یک مطالعه مقطعی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <em>چاقی یکی از مهمترین مشکلات سلامت عمومی در دنیا می باشد. شیوع عوارض حاصل از چاقی در دوران بارداری به شکلی نگران کننده در کشور ما در حال افزایش است، بنابراین بررسی عوارض حاصل از چاقی در این دوران دارای اهمیت زیادی است، لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین ارتباط چاقی با عوارض بارداری و زایمان در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهری شهرستان درگز می باشد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> <em>در این مطالعه مقطعی پرونده های مربوط به دوران بارداری تعداد 180 زن مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان درگز</em><em> در سال 1395 </em><em>مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس اندازه‌گیری وزن و محاسبه نمایه توده بدنی در ابتدای بارداری، زنان به دو گروه چاق (</em><em><span dir="LTR">BMI</span></em> <em>بیشتر از 25) و غیر چاق (</em><em><span dir="LTR">BMI</span></em> <em>کمتر از 25) تقسیم شدند. نداشتن سابقه بیماری قبلی از شروط ورود به مطالعه در نظر گرفته شد. اطلاعات فردی و کنترل بارداری در هر دو گروه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و ثبت شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری </em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></em><em> و آزمون کای دو، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> <em>در مجموع تعداد 180 زن باردار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. زنان چاق، مسن تر بودند و تعداد بارداری بالاتری داشتند. بر اساس آنالیز آماری انجام شده می توان گفت بین متغیر چاقی مادر و بروز عوارض مسمویت، دیابت و فشار خون در بارداری، رابطه معنی دار آماری وجود دارد (به ترتیب 001 /0</em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">< </span></em><em>، 001/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">< </span></em><em>، 002/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><</span></em><em>). در نتیجه چاقی عاملی مهم در بروز عوارض بارداری می باشد. همچنین نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بین دو متغیر چاقی مادر و بروز کم وزنی نوزاد در هنگام تولد و نیز بین دو متغیر چاقی مادر و نوع زایمان، رابطه معنی دار آماری وجود دارد (05/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><</span></em><em>).</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> <em>نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد زنان چاق بیش از دیگر زنان در معرض خطر زایمان های غیر طبیعی و بروز کم وزنی در نوزادان و عوارض بارداری از جمله مسمویت، فشار خون و دیابت بارداری قرار دارند.</em></p> <pre> <strong>Background & Objectives:</strong> <em>Obesity is one of the most important problems of public health in the world.</em> <em>P</em><em>revalence of obesity complications </em><em>during</em> <em>the </em><em>pregnancy are increasing in our country. </em><em>Therefore,</em><em> evaluation of the obesity complications in this era is important. The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this study is evaluation of the relationship between obesity and pregnancy complications and </em><em>childbirth</em><em> in health centers.</em></pre> <p><strong>Material and Method:</strong> <em>In this study, 180 cases who referred to the health centers of Daregaz city were enrolled. Based on the measured weight and calculated body mass index at the beginning of pregnancy, women were divided obese (BMI greater than 25) and non-obese (BMI less than 25). All of the women were normal and hadn&#39;t any disease. Demographic and pregnancy data were assessed and recorded in both groups.
