fa رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران بستری در بخشهای داخلی بیمارستان های قائم (عج) و امام رضا (ع) شهر مشهد علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه تعیین میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران بستری بیمارستان‌های قائم (عج) و امام رضا (ع) شهر مشهد می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی بر روی 80 بیمار بستری در بخش‌های داخلی بیمارستان‌های قائم و امام رضا شهر مشهد انجام شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ای شامل متغیرهای دموگرافیک و متغیرهای مربوط به منشور حقوق بیمار که توسط پرسشگر از بیماران تکمیل گردید، استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار آماری </span>SPSS نسخه 23 استفاده شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> <span class="AuthorsChar">مجموعاً در مطالعه حاضر 80 بیمار با میانگین سنی 97/12</span></span><span class="AuthorsChar"><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;9/44 سال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. 8/53 درصد بیماران زن، 85 درصد متأهل و 8/33 درصد دارای سطح تحصیلات دیپلم بودند. بیشترین میزان رعایت دریافت مطلوب خدمات سلامت از دیدگاه بیماران در بیمارستان‌های امام رضا و قائم در محور حق انتخاب و تصمیم گیری آزادانه (به ترتیب 65.7% و 66.7%) و کمترین آن در محور دسترسی به نظام کارآمد شکایات و آگاهی از نتیجه آن (به ترتیب 14.3% و 13.3%) بود. بین محل سکونت با احترام به حریم خصوصی بیمار و سطح تحصیلات با دسترسی به یک نظام کارآمد رسیدگی به شکایات بیمار و آگاهی از نتیجه‌ی شکایات ارتباط آماری معناداری مشاهده شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"> با توجه به اینکه میزان رضایت مندی بیماران از رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار در 4 محور در حد قابل قبول و تنها در یک محور در حد مطلوب بود ضروری است بمنظور افزایش رعایت حقوق بیماران در حد مطلوب، آگاهی نسبت به آن را هم در کادر درمانی و هم در بیماران با آموزش و مشاوره افزایش دهیم. همچنین شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت مندی بیماران از محورهای منشور حقوق بیمار می‌تواند در جهت افزایش میزان رضایت بیماران حائز اهمیت باشد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>Introduction:</b> This study was aimed to assess the rate of respecting patients&rsquo; rights according to Patient Bill of Rights among hospitalized patients in the internal departments of Ghaem & Imam Reza hospitals, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.<br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Methods:</span></b><span style="line-height:107%"> This cross-sectional study was conducted on patients admitted to the internal medicine wards of Ghaem and Imam Reza hospitals of Mashhad. To collect data, a questionnaire consisted of demographic variables and variables related to patient bill of rights, filled out by the patients, was used. Data were analyzed using version 23 of SPSS software. Chi-square test was used to examine the relationship between qualitative variables with each of the patient rights charter axes. The significance level in this study was considered 0.05.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Results:</span></b><span style="line-height:107%"> Overall, 80 patients with a mean age of 44.9 &plusmn; 12.97 years were enrolled in this study. Among patients, 53.8% were female, 85% were married, and 33.8% of them had a diploma degree. The highest satisfaction rate was observed in the axis of the right to choose and freely decide on receiving health care services (65.7%, 66.7% in Imam Reza and Ghaem hospitals, respectively); while the lowest was seen in the axis of handling patients&rsquo; complaints and reporting the outcomes (14.3%, 13.3% in Imam Reza and Ghaem hospitals, respectively). There was a significant relationship between place of residence and patient privacy; and educational level and handling patient complaints.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusions:</span></b><span style="line-height:107%"> Satisfaction of compliance to patient bill of rights was acceptable in 4 axes and desirable only in one axis. One way of improving the satisfaction of patients to optimal levels is by educating both the medical staff and patients about the patient bill of rights.
