fa سامانه هوشمند راهکار سلامت Intelligent Health Solution System علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: در عرصه مدیریتی همواره آمار و عملکرد معاونت‌ها و توابع سازمان از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است که نیاز به دسترسی لحظه‌ای به آخرین وضعیت موجود سیستم تحت پوشش و پیش بینی حداقلی از وضعیت آینده را دارد، تا سطح کیفی خدمات قابل ارائه را هم بهبود بخشد. که همه این‌ها وجود یک سیستم هوشمند آماری با قابلیت تصمیم‌سازی را توجیه می‌نماید. روش کار: در این پژوهش سعی بر ایجاد یک سامانه تحت وب یکپارچه به منظور الکترونیکی نمودن فرایندهای تعریف و ثبت اطلاعات آماری به همراه تجمیع دیتاهای پراکنده در سیستم و نهایتاً استخراج دانش قابل اطمینان از این دیتاها با استفاده از روش‌های نوین هوش مصنوعی در جهت تصمیم‌سازی در زمینه‌های بهداشت، درمان، آموزش پزشکی و همچنین مدیریت سلامت است. سامانه هوشمند مدیریت (سهم) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی با تکنیک ساخت Webserver software & Learning & data mining در سه فاز به مدت 48 ماه به زبان PHP و پایگاه‌داده MySQL به صورت تحت وب طراحی و پیاده‌سازی گردیده است. یافته‌ها: جهت انجام این پژوهش ساختار گردش آماری دانشگاه به 1058 واحد طبقه‌بندی گردید. با دسته‌بندی مبتنی بر الگوریتم درخت تصمیم و بررسی سوابق گزارشات ارائه شده به سازمان‌های هم سطح و بالاتر به 269833 قلم واحد، تعداد 376 نوع داده و به تعداد 3885 محتوای داده رسیدیم. در روش پیشنهادی هزینه زمانی انتقال داده‌ها کمتر از یک دقیقه به ازای هر قلم رسیده است و منابع انسانی مورد نیاز با توجه به اضافه‌شدن سنسورهای کنترلی متعدد 2640 نفر ساعت در سال است و صرفه‌جویی زمانی و مالی قابل ملاحظه‌ای صورت گرفت. نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته‌های به دست آمده ایجاد یک سیتم مکانیزه توزیع، جمع‌آوری، کنترل، تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی شاخص‌های آماری که می-تواند دقت بالا و صرفه‌جویی زمانی، مالی داشته باشد ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: In the field of management, the statistics and performance of the deputies and functions of the organization are always of great importance, which requires instant access to the latest status of the system under coverage and minimal forecast of the future situation, to provide quality services Also improve. Methods: In this study, we try to create an integrated web-based system in order to electronicize the processes of defining and recording statistical information along with the aggregation of scattered data in the system and finally extract reliable knowledge from this data using modern artificial intelligence methods. In order to make decisions in the fields of health, treatment, medical education as well as health management. The intelligent management system of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences has been designed and implemented under the web with the technique of making Webserver software & Learning & data mining in three phases for 48 months in PHP language and MySQL database. Results: For this study, the statistical turnover structure of the university was classified into 1058 units. By classification based on the decision tree algorithm and reviewing the records of reports submitted to organizations at the same level and above, we reached 269833 units of data, 376 data types and 3885 data content. In the proposed method, the time cost of data transfer is less than one minute per item, and the required human resources due to the addition of multiple control sensors is 2640 people-hours per year, and significant time and financial savings were made.
