other چالش‌ها و راهکارهای توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار در مراکز رشد سلامت با رویکردی مبتنی‌بر اکوسیستم در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1403 Challenges and Strategies for Developing Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Health Incubation Centers: An Ecosystem-Based Approach in Iranian Universities of Medical Sciences علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش طراحی چهارچوبی راهبردی برای توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار در مراکز رشد سلامت دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران با رویکرد اکوسیستمی است. روش کار: این پژوهش از رویکرد ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) بهره می‌برد. جامعه آماری شامل متخصصان کارآفرینی، مدیران مراکز رشد دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران (مانند دانشگاه‌های تهران، شهید بهشتی، ایران، شیراز، اصفهان و ...)، کارآفرینان موفق در حوزه سلامت و اعضای هیئت‌علمی مرتبط است. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی سلامت و مدیران مراکز رشد گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون، تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمی، یافته‌های حاصل با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری با (ISM) سطح‌بندی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر در توسعه پایدار تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهند «ضعف در تنوع‌بخشی به منابع درآمدی» به‌عنوان اولین چالش انتخاب شده است. «فقدان راهبردهای بازاریابی و جذب مخاطب» در رتبه دوم قرار گرفت. «وابستگی مالی» باوجود اهمیت، در رتبه سوم و چالش‌هایی مانند «ضعف در شبکه‌سازی»، «فناوری‌های نوین» و «چهارچوب‌های قانونی» در رتبه‌های میانی قرار گرفتند و نشان‌دهنده نیاز به سیاست‌گذاری و تعاملات بین‌بخشی هستند. در رتبه‌های پایین‌تر، «مدیریت منابع انسانی» و «کاربردی‌سازی تحقیقات» قرار دارند که هرچند مهم‌اند، در صورت اصلاح چالش‌های بالادستی، بهبود آن‌ها تسهیل می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش به شناسایی راهبردهای مؤثر برای توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار در مراکز رشد سلامت پرداخته است و بر ضرورت ایجاد تنوع در منابع درآمدی و تقویت شبکه‌های همکاری تأکید می‌کند. همچنین، پیشنهاد می‌شود که مراکز رشد، به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های نوین و تدوین راهبرد‌های مؤثر در بازاریابی را در اولویت قرار دهند. این یافته‌ها می‌توانند به مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران در بهبود وضعیت کارآفرینی و کاهش موانع موجود کمک کنند.  </div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> Introduction: This research aims to design a strategic framework for developing sustainable entrepreneurship in health growth centers of Iranian universities of medical sciences using an ecosystem approach.</pre> <div style="text-align: justify;">Methods: This study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population includes entrepreneurship experts, managers of growth centers at Iranian medical sciences universities (such as Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Iran, Shiraz, Isfahan, and … universities), successful entrepreneurs in the health sector, and relevant faculty members. In the qualitative part, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts in health entrepreneurship and managers of growth centers, and were analyzed using thematic analysis. In the quantitative part, the findings were analyzed using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to rank and prioritize the factors affecting sustainable development. Results: The results showed that "weakness in diversifying revenue sources" was selected as the priority challenge, while "lack of marketing and audience attraction strategies" ranked second. "Financial dependency," despite its importance, ranked third, and challenges such as "weakness in networking," "new technologies," and "legal frameworks" ranked in the middle, indicating the need for policymaking and intersectoral interactions. At lower ranks, "Human resource management" and "research application" were important, but their improvement would be facilitated by addressing upstream challenges. Conclusions: This study identifies effective strategies for developing sustainable entrepreneurship in health growth centers and emphasizes the need to diversify income sources and strengthen collaboration networks. It is also suggested that incubators prioritize adopting new technologies and developing effective marketing strategies.
