other بررسی نقش آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی در پیشگیری از تخلفات دارویی و ارتقای سلامت عمومی علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقالات مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">سلامت عمومی یکی از ارکان اساسی توسعه پایدار محسوب می‌شود و نظام دارویی هر کشور در حفظ و ارتقای آن نقشی حیاتی ایفا می‌کند. در ایران، تخلفات دارویی، از قبیل توزیع غیرمجاز، مصرف خودسرانه و تبلیغات غیرقانونی دارو، از چالش‌های جدی در مسیر صیانت از سلامت جامعه محسوب می‌شوند. آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی، به‌عنوان کارآمدترین راهبردهای غیرقهرآمیز، می‌توانند سهم بسزایی در پیشگیری از این تخلفات و بهبود سلامت عمومی داشته باشند. این مقاله با هدف تبیین نقش آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی در پیشگیری از تخلفات دارویی و ارائه راهکارهایی برای ارتقای آگاهی عمومی در این حوزه نگاشته شده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش به روش مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد. داده‌ها از منابع علمی معتبر، گزارش‌های رسمی وزارت بهداشت و مطالعات داخلی مرتبط با آموزش دارویی و سلامت عمومی گردآوری و تحلیل محتوایی شدند.</span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نتایج نشان داد که آگاهی ناکافی عمومی از مصرف صحیح دارو، عامل مؤثر در بروز تخلفات دارویی است. اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی هدفمند، اطلاع‌رسانی گسترده از طریق رسانه‌ها و مشارکت داروسازان و سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد می‌تواند به کاهش مصرف خودسرانه دارو، افزایش پایبندی به درمان و کاهش تخلفات دارویی منجر شود. همچنین، فرهنگ‌سازی در محیط‌های آموزشی و رسانه‌ها درباره مصرف منطقی دارو نگرش مثبت ایجاد کرده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی نظام‌مند در کنار اقدامات نظارتی، رویکردی مقرون‌به‌صرفه و مؤثر برای پیشگیری از تخلفات دارویی و ارتقای سلامت عمومی است. تداوم این برنامه‌ها ضمن کاهش بار مالی نظام سلامت، موجب ارتقای سواد دارویی و تقویت اعتماد عمومی به نهادهای سلامت می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Introduction:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%">Public health is considered one of the fundamental pillars of sustainable development and can be preserved and promoted by each country&#39;s pharmaceutical system. In Iran, pharmaceutical violations, such as unauthorized distribution, self-medication, and illegal drug advertising, are serious challenges to safeguarding community health. Education and public awareness campaigns, as the most effective non-coercive strategies, can play a significant role in preventing these violations and improving public health. This article aims to explain the role of education and public awareness in preventing pharmaceutical violations and provide solutions to enhance public knowledge in this field</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Optima"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Methods</span></b><span style="line-height:107%">: This research was conducted using a systematic review. Data were collected from reputable scientific sources, official reports from the Ministry of Health, and relevant domestic studies on pharmaceutical education and public health, and were analyzed through content analysis</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Optima"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><b><span style="line-height:107%">Results:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%">The results indicated that insufficient public awareness of proper drug use is a significant factor in pharmaceutical violations. Implementing targeted educational programs, widespread media campaigns, and the involvement of pharmacists and non-governmental organizations can reduce self-medication, increase treatment adherence, and decrease pharmaceutical violations. Furthermore, public awareness campaigns in educational settings and through the media have fostered a positive attitude toward rational drug use</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Optima"></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusions:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%">Systematic education and public awareness campaigns, alongside regulatory measures, represent a cost-effective and efficient approach to preventing pharmaceutical violations and promoting public health.
