fa تأثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از بیماری تب مالت علوم پایه Basic Sciences مقاله پژوهشی Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <em>تب مالت در اغلب نقاط دنیا به خصوص در کشورهای در حال‌ توسعه از لحاظ بهداشت عمومی و تأثیر آن در وضعیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی جامعه دارای اهمیت می باشد. آموزش به جامعه به‌ عنوان یکی از راهکاری اساسی در کنترل و پیشگیری از این بیماری به شمار می‌رود. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از بیماری </em><em>تب مالت </em><em>در شهرستان‌های قاینات و</em> <em>زیرکوه بر اساس الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی انجام شد</em><em><span dir="LTR">.</span></em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong> <em>در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 196 نفر از ساکنین شهرستان‌های قاینات و</em> <em>زیرکوه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب و در دو گروه مداخله و </em><em>کنترل </em><em>تقسیم شد، سپس مداخله آموزشی با استفاده از مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی انجام شد</em><em><span dir="LTR">.</span></em><em> جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر متغیرهای دموگرافیک و سازه‌های الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی استفاده شد داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS19</span></em> <em>و آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل، کای اسکوئر و آنالیز واریانس مورد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> <em>میانگین سنی افراد شرکت‌کننده در گروه مداخله 8/8</em><em>&plusmn;</em><em>2/33 </em><em>و کنترل 4/9</em><em>&plusmn;</em><em>5/34 سال بود. دو گروه قبل از مداخله از نظر آگاهی، شدت، منافع، موانع و خود</em> <em>کارآمدی درک شده با یکدیگر تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند در حالی ‌که بعد از مداخله میانگین نمره در تمام سازه‌های مورد بررسی در گروه مداخله به‌طور معناداری بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود (001/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><</span></em><em>) دو گروه مطالعه ازنظر جنس، تحصیلات، محل سکونت، شهرستان محل سکونت، وضعیت تأهل، وجود دام در منزل و سابقه تماس با دام باهم همسان بوده و اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید. (05/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">></span></em><em>) &nbsp;</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> <em>این مطالعه اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی بر اساس الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی بر اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از بیماری تب مالت را تایید می‌کند. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه از الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی می‌توان به‌ عنوان چارچوبی جهت طراحی مداخلات آموزشی به‌ منظور پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری‌های</em> <em>قابل ‌انتقال بین انسان و حیوان خصوصاً تب مالت </em><em>استفاده کرد.</em></p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></strong> <em><span dir="RTL">الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی، تب مالت</span><span dir="RTL">، </span><span dir="RTL">مداخله آموزشی</span></em></p> <p><strong>Background & Objectives:</strong> <em>Brucellosis has an important effect in public health and socioeconomic situation in the society at most regions in the world especially in developing country. Society education is one of the basic solutions for control and prevention in this disease.</em> <em>The aim of this study was to determine the effect of intervention on the adoption of preventive behaviors of the disease brucellosis was based on the health belief model.</em></p> <p><strong>Material & Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> <em>In this study, 196 residents of the Ghaenat and zirkoh provinces with the multi-stage random sampling method selected and divided into two groups intervention and control then the educational intervention was performed using the Health Belief Model, for gathering Data the questionnaire consisted of demographic and health belief model was used to analyze the data structures SPSS19 software and t-test, chi-square analysis, and analysis of variance was used.</em></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> <em>The age average of the participate was in the interventions 33.2<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>8.8 and in the control 34.5<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>9.4 The two groups in terms of knowledge, severity, benefits, barriers and self-perceived differences were not significant, while after intervention the mean in all areas studied significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group.<span dir="RTL"> ) </span>P<0.001<span dir="RTL">(</span> Two groups in terms of age, education, place of residence, city of residence, marital status, presence of animals and animal contact with each other was similar and there was no significant difference<span dir="RTL">.</span></em></p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> <em>This study confirm the efficacy of the educational intervention program based on health belief model on preventive behaviors in the brucellosis disease.
