Abstract There are few reports on unilateral renal agenesis with unilateral dilated ectopic ipsilateral ureter entering a massive seminal vesicle cyst. Naturally such rare case makes the diagnosis difficult. Here we are presenting a 36 years old man with hematospermia. The diagnosis was confirmed by imaging and under laparoscopic surgery the ectopic ureter and seminal vesicle cyst were removed.
